Whoever made my coffee tonight is the best barista that I know. I wish Starbucks CEO was much more considerate to the employees, im saddened to cut my visits to the company itself but the people at this location are sweethearts.

I normally come to this location, but felt pleased enough with my trip recently to write this review. Once I walked in, a girl named Kira greeted me and asked me how I was doing! After taking my order she heard me miss my name being called and brought me my drink ! Great customer service and attitude by her and the rest of the team!

I went through the drive-through line with my Starbucks app. Jesse Was amazing and provided excellent customer service! He explained what my points were and what I can utilize them for. Which I have never had that one employee offer and explain to me what my stars are for and what I could get during my purchase. I really do appreciate Jesse for educating me in informing me about different offers as well. Thank you so much!!and

I normally do not feel it necessary to write negative reviews of any place I go to, but this location I don’t mind making an exception for. On multiple occasions I’ve waited longer than expected for orders. Not because they are backed up or because they’re short staffed (those things are understandable), but because they simply are not paying attention. A few weeks ago I ordered a food item with an estimated wait time of 7 minutes. Trying to be respectful (and avoid confrontation), I waited almost triple that time before asking when my order would be ready. Without looking up at me they said “oh it was placed in drive through.” No apology, no offer to reheat the item, nothing.
Today I ordered 3 drinks, two teas and an iced coffee. When I arrived, the teas were ready but my coffee was not. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked the status of my coffee and the girl points to my drinks and says “they’re right there” to which I responded, “I missing one” and she says back “I only got 2” and goes back to making other orders. I’d like to mention the sticker for the orders indicated THREE drinks, but ok, barista. Somebody else remade the drink and said “I think somebody took it.” So did somebody take my drink or was it never made to begin with?? Completely unacceptable service and accountability from this City Base Starbucks team.
I went here about their not busy time around 6 with my friends and we all got the same thing. She had only gave me one and when i went to go tell the lady that i ordered 3 she had said “ughhhhhhh okay *sigh*” and when she had made them (10 minutes later) she gave them to me rolled her eyes and when away i said “ma’am where are the straws?” she turned to me and sighed again and pointed where they were. great drinks horrible service.plus the tables and floors were dirty trash had not been taken out.

This location of Starbucks, which is located within City Base Landing in SATX, is a fantastic spot for a coffee + a quick bite. :-) The staff are helpful & kind, and the space is very clean and well-kept! My grande PSL with oat milk + Starbucks’ Blonde Espresso (extra hot) was delivered to me just as I ordered it. Further, their pumpkin loaf arrived to me nice & hot (also as requested). This is a great Starbs location - highly recommend!

My god their coffee is just not it. 7brew and Dunkin do it better. The after taste to the pumpkin iced lattes were not good. Their straws are tiny compared to my large drink. It sinks and gets lost. You ask staff for bigger and they say no.
