I was shocked by how poorly I was treated today. I was turned away for trying to pay with a $100 bill and told, “sorry, we don’t have change.” A multi-million-dollar food and drink chain unable—or unwilling—to make change? Instead of offering a solution, the supervisor on duty was rude, literally held my food and drink in front of me, and told me to drive away. Completely unacceptable.
This isn’t an isolated incident either. On a previous visit, my drink had to be remade and I was met with the same attitude. I always enjoyed this location before, but after repeated disappointment and blatant disrespect, I will not be coming back.
To make matters worse, when I called to ask for the general manager’s name, the same employee who turned me away answered the phone. He claimed he didn’t know when the manager would be in and pressed me to explain what happened—because he already “knew exactly who I was.” That tells me everything I need to know about how this place is being run.
Tyler, your staff needs serious customer service training—or you need new staff altogether. Customers should never be treated this way.

I’m not sure if the entire crew was just having a rough shift, but the service at this Starbucks has been consistently disappointing for weeks—and today was the last straw. I waited six full minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When a barista finally did, the “sorry for the wait” felt more like a throw-away line than a genuine apology.
Meanwhile, a barista stood there watching everything like she was supervising, but not helping at all. Then my order was just placed on the counter with no call-out—no “your drink is ready,” no name, nothing. This isn’t just a bad day; it’s been ongoing. Today, I finally had the time to say something: fix the hospitality or expect people to stop showing up. This is a community spot—you need to move like it.
What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-time issue. This has been happening for weeks now. Today, I finally had the time to speak on it. Fix the hospitality at this location or consider relocating—because this energy does not belong in this neighborhood. Disappointed.
