Prices for the same item change day to day depending on the people working. The people are rude, inconsistent, and slow. The location looks nice, but the rude work over shadows the courteous efforts of some.

You all suck at this location. Dropped a mobile order in so would be ready by the time I got there. I did show up early check the counter and nothing was there. So I take a seat near the coffee bar and wait for somebody to call out my name.I hear a couple of names getting called out but not me. Pop my head up to look at the bar, and there's several drinks sitting up there now. I go and check and mine's there.Really, would it kill you to just call out every order you drop on the bar? There are other people waiting there as well , all wondering what's going on with our drinks.

NEVER AGAIN! I pulled up to the window and discovered an older man with a large beard flinging food out to the customers while keeping his eyes locked on the screen in front of him. No greeting, no this is your total, not even acknowledging human presence. I get it we all have bad days but why take it out on those keeping you employed?

I have to stop coming here, $7 a small drink, $1 for my drink to be sweetened… and about the last few times they’ve been disgusting. To to mention my tea tasted like chemicals and the people who worked there told me someone wrote with sharpies on the teabags. ??♀️ gotta love food poisoning. Service is decent since i came back and they fixed it after telling me they wrote with sharpie on bare tea bags…

July 24, 2023 @ 5 pm. The lady working the drive through was rude! Saying "next time you order you don't need to order the waters separately and carelessly let the waters fall down my arms and didn't even say sorry! Or offer napkins. The attitude was not customer friendly - didn't know how to talk to customers. I never complain about people working in "fast food" service but this was terrible customer service.

Been coming here for about 2 weeks now on a regular basis I just moved down here they were friendly at first but today well least to say is I was disappointed I had to work an overnight shift last night and placed a mobile order they handed me someone else's the cup said caila I didn't have time to go back and get mine last night so I decided to call in the morning one of the first things I get from them was the usual you know friendly attitude until I half asleep tried to explain that they gave me someone else's order you would think well its starbucks they are used to tired people heck I worked for starbucks when I was a teen but I never was this rude never my manager would have kicked us on the dot for ruining starbucks name they started giving me attitude saying there was only one Taylor order and nothing under "caila" they do sound similar but come on dude I even showed them a picture of the drink and my app showing I picked up a mobile order at their location they just handed me the wrong one so she says okay I'll write you down and we will remake it then when I get there is when this went totally downhill I get to the speaker I tell her I called she starts giving me that attitude again that we only gad one order under Taylor and I said ok? Yea my order was supposed to be fore Taylor but you gave me one that said "caila" she proceeded to say that there were no orders under that name either but "whatever" they remade my drink not only spelling my name wrong again but whenever I tried to speak SLAMMED THE WINDOW shut horrific customer service do not recommend getting anything remade I tried showing her the picture of the drink and she looked at me proceeded to ignore me and slam the window shut again really killed my morning thanks hope management sees this because this was totally ridiculous

Stood in line for like 15 minutes. We get to the counter, and it's another fifteen minute wait for any frappuccino. So, I decided to order a cold brew. No luck with that. They're completely out of cold brew. So I decided not to get anything. Only have two people making the drinks. I won't be coming back here.
