What an absolutely miserable Starbucks. The one guy working is always so cheerful and kind but the girls actively go out of their way to not make contact or acknowledge you when you stand at the front. Even when it’s slow they are like that. I thought it was only when they were busy but after today I see that’s just how they are. Rude. Bathrooms are dirty so I don’t dare wonder what’s going on behind the counter. I’ll just go further down the road to a different one going forward.

At around 7:30 tonight, there were 4 unhoused men severely beating up a woman, who may also have been unhoused, on the front patio here. There were 3 young baristas by themselves to handle this, NO MANAGER. Police reluctantly showed up an hour later, still no manager there to handle the situation and by then the unhoused group had left. I can only hope the woman made it somewhere safe. As a woman and mother, this is an UNACCEPTABLE situation the police and managers left these young people in.

First of all, there was very few cars in the parking lot this morning as we pulled in (thought that was weird for a Sunday morning) and that should have been an indication of the service we were about to get! Anyway, walked into the store and literally NOONE acknowledged us! Fine, walked up to the counter to order- again no one greets us or comes to take our order. Finally someone comes up- there was three in our party, so all of us ordered separately. My moms coffee was off, she asked to add more half & half to her iced coffee, the young girl at the counter with the attitude tells her “you ordered nonfat milk is that not what you ordered” and proceeds to turn around and talk to her co workers rolling her eyes! I ordered an iced caramel brûlée latte and it was terrible. Tasted nothing like my favorite drink that I order on the regular. I asked for more caramel brûlée sauce (which they gave me) but still didn’t help 🫠This isn’t my regular store, but apparently I should have read the reviews before coming here. Seems like they need some major help and training!

Everytime I come here the drinks and food are prepared horribly. I only bother coming because it’s on the way to work and everytime I regret it. The people are nice but what matters is the food and drinks 👎

The young lady who took my order was nice but either passively defiant or incompetent. I asked for the Christmas Brew. She told me it would take 10 min because they only had Pike. I said that's ok and also ordered a cookie. She didn't take my name. Ten minutes went by, and my cookie was on the cabinet and a coffee labeled Pike. I asked if these were mine, and she said yes. I told her this said Pike. She checked with another barrista and said they still need to do a pour over on my coffee, and it would be a few more minutes.

1. Ordered this morning and received a grande portion in a vente cup. Isn't that stealing? Hmm 2. Ordered a Carmel mocha frap and was given a Carmel. When asked why I couldn't get the other, "we don't have a button for that" Are you kidding, other Starbucks do it. Moral of the story go to PJ's Coffee.
Worst customer service I had this morning as they opened ! Sorry but some of us get up early to work not cuz we want to ! Smile and just say have a great day !
