On my way to volunteer this morning, I stopped at the Starbucks at this location. Some employee, do not know what position he held, but was at the register and it took about a good three seconds before he acknowledge me. You know that awkwardness when you’re just standing there. I said good morning. Can I please have some water like a Venti or something? And he says you would have to purchase something. Do you want this icy pop or whatever he recommended…
And I responded no, I’m OK. I actually already had two Cortado’s from the Starbucks in my area. I was just passing through and hoping to get some water. And he says I’m sorry you have to purchase something. I said OK no worries. Can I use the restroom? And he said you would have to purchase something. I just smiled and said OK cool God bless you. And he said God bless you too!
I don’t know what kind of experience you would expect one to have from that visit. But I do want to mention that I spend almost about $300 give or take monthly buying Cortado’s every morning at the Starbucks off of Babcock. They know me by name.
It’s not starbucks. It’s the person. And whoever was at this register, with ginger hair and tatted sleeves, I can tell you that he has no human connection.
And I wonder if he was the manager cause it looked like he was but I could be wrong.
I hope somebody sees this and if it’s the rules, then I guess it’s the rules. But in the Bible, it says that you should always give a glass of water.

I got a grilled cheese and a venti iced white mocha with sweet cream cold foam, extra caramel drizzle and oat milk. It was delicious! Made perfectly! Just the right amount of caramel and cold foam. The staff was so friendly and nice. Very respectful. I haven't gotten Starbucks in a while so the prices went up from last time I was here but we'll worth it. Overall a great visit from start to finish.

I never had any problems here up until yesterday, I ordered my usual brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I get this drink all the time! When I got it, it didn’t look right so I gave it a stir and it was the darkest brown I’ve ever seen, I went inside asked for some oatmilk thinking that it should solve it well it made it worse. It was so bitter with no brown sugar taste. It was like a I ordered a regular coffee with almond milk.

Food and drinks were great. The wait time inside was pretty long. Next time I will be using the drive thru. The staff were polite and quick to greet and help take my order. Getting my order is what took a while. Overall great customer service. Just don't expect a quick in and out if you order in store.

I come to this store every day around 4pm and at first it was great some of the employees recognize you some are soo friendly and are awesome at what they do but recently I've literally become soo disappointed i spend over 100$ easily every week at Starbucks which is insane but the fact that twice I forgot my debit card and didn't have money for a drink I ASKED FOR WATER!!! JUST WATER!!! AND I EVEN HAD MY OWN CUP AN WAS REFUSED WATER BY 2 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES this right here is going to be a reason I'm going to stop to this location !!!!!
