Being a customer of Starbucks faithfully six days a week at numerous locations surrounding the San Antonio area I have never experience anything like this and no neighboring Starbucks around the city. I was refused to be able to use their restroom by Rosalinda Mendiola, because I had not made a purchase at this current location the morning that I was in this neighborhood being me in my work truck being me having access to a Starbucks that opens at 4:30 in the morning at the start of my shift and ending up on this side of town and not being able to use, the restroom is completely absurd. Now mind you I can understand the reason behind locking the restrooms because it is a consistently growing issue with people vandalizing and abusing the restrooms privileges and I’m going to mention homelessness to be specific but for me to experience this, a loyal patronizing customer at numerous locations , but to be refused to use the restroom it’s just terrible that it’s come to this. I was specifically refused by Rosalinda mendiola the store manager.

This is was favorite Starbucks almost everyday after covid 1 girl spoiled for me she was rude came in after years yes there busy but felt unwelcoming .
Is this what I'm paying for a VT Wm Frp it was only a half of cup and it didn't taste like a white chocolate mocha it is mostly whipped cream I wish that I could post a picture

It’s down the street from my place and always have a great experience love to get out the house to get me a frappe Free WiFi and I can get some paperwork done there it’s lowkey and ain’t got to much kids running around I love kids but when I need to get paperwork done it’s got to be quiet so I can think and kids don’t like ☕️ coffEE!?
