Mobile order for breakfast sandwich and coffee. Drip coffee didn't have the sweetener I ordered. Last drink of coffee was a mouthful of coffee grinds.

This location is the best Starbucks experience ever first off open six days a week at 4:30 AM 🤩all staff very friendly over the top just genuine all around. food Great, drinks amazing and my favorite staff there Amber and Celine just awesome.

I went through the drive thru on 09/23/24 between 12:00 and 1:00, I was having trouble remembering the type of drink I normally get, but the window team member was patient, kind, polite and helpful. She was so patient with us. I apologized but she said, there’s no need to apologize. I’m happy to help. The drinks were made to order and very refreshing and delicious.

Called because I was dissatisfied with my drink and a sweet guy named Jake said he would replace my drink. However when I went this morning, this rude ass lady told me next time I need to speak to a “shift manager”. She didn’t let me speak, she was rude af for it being 6:45 in the morning. Telling me he’s not a manager —like if that’s any of my business. That’s unprofessional the way she handled a replacement drink. I was so offended I even offered to pay for my drink since it was made a such a HUGE DEAL. Thank you to Jack who probably should be the shift manager! He spoke and handle the situation way better than that lady who claimed to be a manager. Telling me next time to be sure!! when I asked for a manager that they said they were one!! And my replacement drink still sucked
