Adventures with Cycler

This poor place needs strong management to come in and get everyone on the same sheet of music.
So many wrong orders. Long lines. No one stepping up to help another person.

Normally, I love this location and they’re usually very quick. I usually put my order in ahead of time so that way I can come in and out very quickly. I should’ve gone through drive-through, because it took 25 minutes for them to make my order and I sat in the cafe for 20 minutes. If I had gone through drive-through to pick up my to go order, I would’ve gotten it extremely fast but most of the time I walk in and grab and go. They had someone training by themself, working on to go orders, with no one monitoring them or helping them for the longest time. So now I am 18 minutes late for work when I would’ve been on time if they had someone monitoring that station. When I put my order in, it said it would only take 4 to 7 minutes and I know that time can fluctuate, because I know they can get behind. But it took them 25 minutes to make my simple order. I had to ask multiple times where my drink was for them to finally make it and it took them under two minutes to make when they finally did it. They also made my drink incorrect, it was supposed to be pumpkin foam, but they gave me vanilla foam. For how much people like me spend at Starbucks, you’d think that they would be more on top of it. It’s too expensive for a half assed drink.

Got a mocha café and a hot chocolate for my little, and it tastes HORRIBLE. This is our usual order and it’s never tasted like this before, almost like plastic or cheap watered down chocolate flavor.

Not only did they tell me I couldn’t order my drink but they tried to force me to buy a specialty drink and I didn’t even ant that … the manager Maria was super rude and i spend thousands on Starbucks a year and this is disappointing…both worker and manager were super rude …. I hate this for Starbucks

Every time I visit.. the person I have to take my order with is rude or maybe doesn’t know how to communicate. It’s such a distasteful drive thru experience.

If your order supposed to be warm GUARANTEE YoU will get it COLD. The wait is always longggggggg.

Kawaii Table

Closing lobby at 7pm and when I go to the drive thru I’m a few service because I requested a water but they had to be with the purchase so then I was gonna make purchase and the young gentleman at night told me that they cannot service me. Unacceptable.
