The drive thru needs to take the CC and stop making the client do their job. This is the 2nd time my CC has fallen on the ground because they move the holder too fast.

The assistant manager hung up in my face and rude and disrespectful. They miss up on my drink. On 8/12/24 around 07:54AM She didn’t care about the customer that paid a her salary. She doesn’t belong in this field.

This Starbucks only serves medium roast in the afternoon, and the coffee was partially weak. Just when I needed a good cup of coffee Starbucks let me down.At any other coffee shop this would be expected but Starbucks prides itself on reliability good coffee and they charge accordingly.
I visited this Starbucks location today and experienced a disappointing service. Despite explicitly stating my order to the older male staff member, two out of my three lattes were incorrect. It's disheartening when such a simple order is mishandled, and it reflects poorly on the overall service quality.
