I visited this Starbucks location today and experienced a disappointing service. Despite explicitly stating my order to the older male staff member, two out of my three lattes were incorrect. It's disheartening when such a simple order is mishandled, and it reflects poorly on the overall service quality.

You get what you pay for... expensive but good coffee! I was a little surprised to Google the sales tax to be 8.25% and not 6.25%. depending on the area.

This location needs major help, can't say I've seen another Starbucks as bad as this one. You walk in, it's slow and the tables/floor/displays etc is filthy. So bad, that I wanted to leave asap and only ended up getting a tea for my daughter. You need a code to use restroom, the trash was overflowing in here, looks like no one has cleaned since they have opened. No soap in restroom and no sanitizer in dispenser. Who's running this place? So sad because I always look forward to going inside of a Starbucks because of how clean they are and how much pride they used to take in service.

There was a line at the drive thru, but it was relatively quick. The drinks were ready when we pulled up to the window, and they tasted great.
They have great drinks and food. Great service really nice employees. pretty good decorations.
