Wait times for drivetru during weekday mornings are terrible. More focus is spent on incoming mobile orders versus drivetru customers

Order a drink and waited 20 mins for it . I watched as the the girl made drink that’s was order after my order . I know because I looked at the times on the drinks she made . The after I asked about my drink still had to wait as 3 other walked around . But the girl who is making drinks is the reason for the 1 star very rude .

Always best
Attn: Manager! So I just came from a doctor apt and realized there was a lovely Starbucks 2 blocks away! My husband and I went to get my favorite chai latte and his matcha latte, and a slice of lemon cake. So the girl who runs the drive thru with a knitted beanie hat started our order and got mine, and turned the rest of the order to another girl with long hair and a mask. So I actually received a coffee latte with 3 pumps of expresso and no whip or sweetner and it was definitely not a chai latte. I took a second sip to make sure it wasn’t me. Wow! If I had of kept that drink and not gone back to the sweet girl who understood what happened and made my regular chai, this old girl with high blood pressure (just coming from doc) could have has a heart attack. First, two people should not be on the same register, and have another take over in the middle of an order, and second, LISTEN to your customers! You scared the crap out of me finding out it was 3 shots of expresso!

I just place my order for takeout/ drive thru and I requested for two grande coffees, one Americana and a dirty chai.
The dirty chai taste like hot water (no flavor nor extra shot). Thor girl at the window was laughing as if she did something mischievous. Now I know my drink was not completed correctly. What a waste of $10 down the drain.
Never again!!!

I seen the way coffee was handled and poured into my coffee cup. And then they added water.

Ashley and Adriel, are both exceptional workers and made sure my drinks were good. I had to come back a few times, due to mix ups in drink orders and they were able to resolve my issues quickly and were very nice to talk to. Didn’t give me any problems. Appreciate workers like them and love the atmosphere here.

**Starbucks Review – Disappointing Experience**
I used to be a loyal customer of Starbucks, but lately, their service and quality have been going downhill. First, the prices have gotten ridiculously high for what you get. I ordered a latte, and not only was it lukewarm when served, but it tasted like watered-down milk with a slight hint of coffee. For the amount I paid, I expected something better.
To top it off, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. I asked for an extra package of nuts for my oatmeal, and the barista acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking. She was rude!
Overall, Starbucks is no longer worth the hassle or the price. There are plenty of local cafés that offer better coffee, friendlier service, and a more pleasant atmosphere. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

My husband and I recently moved towards buying from Summermoon even though this Starbucks is 5 min from our home. This is mainly due to the long wait times for coffee. But when Summermoon went through a coffee bean shortage, we couldn’t buy any beans, so I stress we went to Starbucks to get a bag of Pike Place. When we opened it, it smelled like fish, but I dismissed it. I made a double shot cappuccino and it tasted off, but I thought maybe it was our homemade almond milk that maybe went bad. But then I started to experience a headache and nausea. The next day I made another cup of coffee with the same beans but this time with store bought almond milk. The same thing occurred. I asked my husband who drinks americanos how he thought the coffee tasted and he also said it was awful. We ended up throwing away the beans and were able to replace them with Summer moon beans. I can’t believe Starbucks would sell rancid or old coffee beans. I definitely will never buy from Starbucks again

Melissa is that girl! She greets me by name every time I walk in! I don’t use my government name on the app only because there’s so many Amanda’s and I have gotten my drinks taken before, but they will remake it of course if that happens. I ordered their new energy drink but I didn’t like it and Melissa gave me an exchange and sent me with some practice drinks they had made, for my coworkers! She deserves a raise! I have not had issues at this location and it’s so convenient! Everyone is always on their A game and very nice!

The worst caramel macchiato I have ever tasted. It was so bad that I drove back through the drive-through to ask if I had gotten the wrong order. The girl told me that it has always tasted like that. I beg to differ. She then proceeded to tell me that they just drizzle caramel and it doesn’t taste very much like caramel and she mentioned oat milk. What?! For me, it was also missing the strong, rich taste of Starbucks coffee. It was watery. It tasted more like a chai latte. Horrible. All of my friends and students know that I love Starbucks. This is the worst experience I’ve had in the years that I have frequented in Seattle, California, and now here in Texas. Yuck disappointed.
