A true bright spot at this Starbucks!
I have to give a huge shout-out to Kaysha at the Alamo Ranch Starbucks. Ever since they hired her, she has been an absolute breath of fresh air. She is warm, kind, and unbelievably personable — in a way I’ve honestly never experienced at any Starbucks before.
Even though I only come through once or twice a week, she remembers me every single time. She always asks about my kids, greets me like she’s genuinely happy to see me, and makes the entire experience feel like catching up with a friend at the window. Her kindness truly means a lot.
There are plenty of great people who work at this location (which is why I’ve always loved this store!), but Kaysha has taken it to another level. She’s a wonderful employee who clearly cares about the customers, and Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have her.
This location has become the only place I want to go — all because seeing her smiling face and just having some fun chit chat in the morning just makes my day. 💛

I love the atmosphere of Starbucks...right who doesn't. But then I go and get godsmacked because the price is never really worth it. It's not. And maybe this is why I go only a couple times a year. Today I got a small pink drink, sugar plum Danish and a breakfast sandwich 🥪. Three items that come out three different times Lol. The sandwich..nicely put it got tossed on the counter ..🤨 when I opened the bag it was badly folder ?? I ended getting to my vehicle and had to rebuild my sandwich. Not a big deal I don't that offen anyways. Especially one person (me) it was $19.00 because I tip too. Good service even bla service.

Horrible customer service. I waited 30 minutes for my drink. I went inside and ordered and waited meanwhile cars car and went through the drive through while I continued to wait.

Went today for the release of the bearista and hello kitty collab and was very disappointed that there was no limits on items. Nana allowed a lady with a box to grab most of the bears which only left 2 for customers to grab 1 but no one else. There should've been a limit. Do better starbucks start putting limitation on items that people resale and not give consumers an opportunity to grab at least 1. Very disappointed.

If I pay for a grande size that doesn’t mean just the size of the cup… I would expect the latte that I ordered to fill said cup size I ordered. Not the first time, but I felt the need to share. I placed the stopper in the cup for reference. Practically a quarter of my latte is missing and I don’t have time to park and discuss it with anyone inside. Every time I visit this location to treat myself, I’m continuously disappointed. I don’t think asking for the full product I paid for is too much to ask. Please do better.

Today was not a great day but Kaysha improved it a lot. I went through the drive through to get tea and when she handed it to me, I fumbled it, and it spilled. Totally my fault. I asked for some napkins and she handed me a bunch and then offered to remake my drink for me. It was my fault but I clearly needed a human break and Kaysha saw that and gave it to me.

So I received more than a refreshing tea today. I received a moment of grace. Thank you so much, Kaysha. 5/5

This is a terrible location, the food and drinks are always, and I mean always, just thrown together and given to you, they really do not care about if the order is right. They charge extra for chocolate chips and for it to be blended, just for me to get NO chocolate chips, and a watery drink? Horrible
