Attn: Manager! So I just came from a doctor apt and realized there was a lovely Starbucks 2 blocks away! My husband and I went to get my favorite chai latte and his matcha latte, and a slice of lemon cake. So the girl who runs the drive thru with a knitted beanie hat started our order and got mine, and turned the rest of the order to another girl with long hair and a mask. Ashley and Adriel, are both exceptional workers and made sure my drinks were good. I had to come back a few times, due to mix ups in drink orders and they were able to resolve my issues quickly and were very nice to talk to. Didn’t give me any problems. Appreciate workers like them and love the atmosphere here.
Melissa is that girl! She greets me by name every time I walk in! I don’t use my government name on the app only because there’s so many Amanda’s and I have gotten my drinks taken before, but they will remake it of course if that happens. I ordered their new energy drink but I didn’t like it and Melissa gave me an exchange and sent me with some practice drinks they had made, for my coworkers! She deserves a raise! I have not had issues at this location and it’s so convenient!...
