We ordered a coffee from here and they gave us the wrong order then snatched it out of our hand after they realized it was not our order. No customer service of taking responsibility that it was wrong just quickly took it. Please Justus learn some manners and better customer skills next time.

Rocky is the reason we keep coming back!
We just have to shout out our favorite barista Rocky. This man is a total gem! He always remembers our orders (like, down to the little details!) and greets us with the kind of genuine friendliness that instantly turns your day around. Whether we’re half-asleep needing caffeine or just stopping in for a little treat, Rocky makes every visit feel like we’re catching up with an close family member.
You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the drinks, the service, and the vibe. Starbucks, if you're reading this, give that man a raise!

Service depends a lot on who’s working that day. Sometimes it’s fast and the drinks are good and sometimes it takes an hour to get a simple coffee that ends up tasting like crap

Went to the drive thru and ordered five things. 2 drink and 3 cakes pops (one of each flavor). One of my drinks was made incorrectly with almond milk and no added espresso that I paid for, and I got two of the same flavor cakes and never received the third cake pop. After walking to the window, I asked for the recipient to double-check that the drink matched what was ordered, and they never did give me a receipt. In the end, the drink was remade, but it wasn't a pleasant experience when trying to fix an issue. It could've been done better.

I just wanted a water with some .80 strawberry infusions they tried to charge me $8 for a tea and I saw the price as they added it on the menu that’s ridiculous

I love going there everyday they are so nice and they always have my order ready and correctly no issues. They always have a smile on their faces it’s not like other Starbucks that I have gone to. I’m happy that they are near my house as well.
Went there today 4/16 at about 1:45 pm and ordered a drink ,when I came to the window ,I asked the lady very politely if I can have a small ice water as well ,she got mad and put the coffee on the ledge and the payment device she slammed it on the ledge and asked to answer the tip question in the machine and before I could ask her what her problem was she closed the window and never came back ,her partner did come and gave me the ice water and he was very polite and told him if I could have a straw cause the rude woman didn’t give me one but I’ve never had a issue at this location and I love going there and never seen this woman before but I’m sure if the boss reads this ,they can figure out who she was and hope she gets a little talk about customer service. That incident wasn’t cool or ok at all !!!
