Me and my boyfriend ordered our drinks and he asked for light ice. The cup was full of ice and barely any liquid was in the cup. He had it gone in just a few sips. $6 for a large drink and it’s mostly ice is pure Starbucks behavior. Also my drink came out instantly as soon as we pulled up to the window and his took about 5 minutes.

Came to get my order and the gentleman opened the window and with so much attitude told me “next time go through the box” like ok sorry and with the disrespect an rudeness I will NEVER be back I even captured it on video that’s bad business if he’s that miserable doing his job maybe he needs to work another shift or get another job and I’m talking about the guy with the durag not baby locks he was cool

22 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable. I regret feeling guilted into leaving a tip prior to service delivery. Tips should be given AFTER service because they should be earned.

Very busy location on the day I visited! They are FAST!! I decided to run up to the window to place my order. While waiting, they probably had 15-20 go thru the drive-thru! Same great cup of coffee…a venti vanilla latte with oat milk (4 pumps instead of 5)!!

Went for a hot coffee. Ordered a blonde roast, veranda and they gave me Pikes place! Maybe because it was late in the day and most people can't tell the difference but I can. I loath pike place. I get its inconvenient if you have to brew some but you could at least be honest!
