Their timing for closing is 10:30pm on Saturdays as per their website and google but employees told us they are closed at 9:40pm. Even their drive thru. Either they need to update their hours or management needs to look into employees schedules and ensure that they are open as per requirements.
I unfortunately had a negative experience here a few weeks back. I am a Starbucks partner who does not go by their legal name. While visiting the store and using my partner number, I was asked to show my gov ID with a name matching the name on file, which of course, it doesn’t. I was then asked questions regarding which store I worked at, how long I worked there, who my manager was, etc, which unfortunately felt a lot like an interrogation. I believe that asking to see a government ID matching the name on file defeats the purpose of being able to go by a chosen name at a location of work, and I implore the staff at this store to find an alternative way to verify identity.
Always greeted with a smile via the drive thru...you can literally hear their smile in their voice.

Horrible customer service I passed by the drive thru today around 5:30pm and the girl who took my order was extremely rude, I kindly asked for non dairy and she said they were out, and she offered me the regular cream like 3Xs almost rushing me. Then she gave me the wrong drink, then had to process a refund and charge me again wasn’t even apologetic, no name tag either and I asked her for a receipt and she forgot to give me a receipt. Then my drink didnt have a tag either. I will be contacting corporate.

I ordered a total of eight drinks, and when I received the first tray, all the drinks spilled on me because the cupholder wasn’t sturdy and the drinks spread all over my car. The second tray wasn’t any better, and they even forgot one of the drinks I had ordered. It was just an awful experience, and I probably won’t be returning to that location.

I ordered a cherry chai at the drive through and the employee charging me was extremely rude. I couldn’t see the screen he was holding up and when I took a bit too long to scan my card he says “it’s asking if you want to tip or not” but in the ugliest tone. So so unprofessional. I just really couldn’t see what the screen said due to the glare.

Slow cashier between 1-3 pm
The short guy with the piercing was super rude. I went to pick up my order and nicely told him that I had asked for a coffee without whip cream (it was very clear on my online order). He rudely replied, “ I didn’t make it but I will make another one.” It didn’t take him that long to just make a new one so I don’t understand what the issue was. Then he just slammed it on the counter and I said “thank you.” And he ignored me. I understand that we all make mistakes. But it also doesn’t hurt to fix them. Especially since it’s an easy fix! Simple mistake = simple fix! Who wants that type of behavior daily from their miserable barista?
