I unfortunately had a negative experience here a few weeks back. I am a Starbucks partner who does not go by their legal name. While visiting the store and using my partner number, I was asked to show my gov ID with a name matching the name on file, which of course, it doesn’t. I was then asked questions regarding which store I worked at, how long I worked there, who my manager was, etc, which unfortunately felt a lot like an interrogation. I believe that asking to see a government...

Sad they only have sugarfree vanilla. Not great for someone who cannot have sugar to be stuck with only one flavor.

I’ve been to many coffee shops and have to say that this location near UTSA is tops!The staff is great and very helpful. I always have questions and they are always eager to answer and explain the drinks.I’ve also been here when they are busy and they are very thoughtful and quick.Overall, the experience here is great.
