This Starbucks is always super slow and takes easily over 15 minutes just to get 1 drink. I don’t understand what the issue is. Please reach out for help to create a faster system. There are 19 people in here waiting for a mobile order.

Terrible service I was the only one in the lobby and couldn’t get my one drink for 45 minutes? Too many coffee shops around here to be treating customers like that. I’ll take my money elsewhere

I stop here at least 3 times a week before heading to work and I'm always greeted by the friendly staff. I love their fast service. I order ahead so my drink is usually ready by the time I arrive and made to perfection!

I place my order in the app and bam pick it up. They say welcome to Starbucks and thank you have a great day! If it’s packed I wait a bit before going in as common sense tells me my items will probably be delayed a bit. I’m not entitled and understand. Love it here!

Their entire payment systems crashed when I was there. Rather than turn me away mid order they let me have the drink at no cost. Hope they are able to get their payment system back online soon!

Why is your drivethru always closed??? I place a mobile order for drivethru, it should be open! Do you know how hard it is to have to drag kids in car seats in and out to get my drink?? Will have to stop coming to this location.
The lobby was clean I was acknowledged as I walked in and was attended to quickly.

Edit:(summer 2024) the service speed has improved drastically. There are still a few busy times but overall I can get my food and drink pretty quick when I go to this starbucks. As well, the staff are still amazingly friendly and it is a welcoming environment to sit and do hw.
This Starbucks makes good drinks and has generally friendly staff but it is one of the slowest ones in the city. I generally expect to wait 20-30mins in the drive thru for my coffee so I only go when I have extra time and am not in a hurry.

I like to come here instead of 1604 & Potranco because the latter is always so busy. Most the time this store is great but when they’re busy they panic and disable ordering ahead, forcing everyone into the drive thru or in person ordering and you have to wait in person for a very long time. The other store gets busy but they never disable ordering ahead so you can plan your arrival, even if it’s 30+ mins.
