Ordered my Venti Matcha iced with strawberry foam. You literally gave me half a cup of Matcha and half a cup of foam. I consider that stealing from the consumer, Not cool. This place is a hit or miss place. Never consistent.Based on your prior reviews., I guess it’s known for your shadiness..

I'm done with this Starbucks. Every time I've ordered my coffee, it's never close to being filled up in the cup. The one time we called, the manager offered us to go back to get what should be done all time which is to fill the cup not to very the top but at least close to it. I'm better off going to the gas station to get my coffee.

Very good service. I refill my card $25 a week religiously. Im there atleast 4 to 5 times a week. Couldn't ask for better service or consistency. They even made my maid of honors wedding cup special!

Would come in often to study or edit videos for my business. Never bothered anyone and was always friendly to the employees. I wasn’t aware that you had to purchase an item in order to study there, which is understandable. But rather than kindly letting me know the manager decided to talk about me amongst employees when I came in which I found pretty rude. Had they just approached me and let me know I would have definitely just bought a coffee or something. It just seems like a rude way to treat a customer that would have easily understood that policy had they let me know. They lost a customer and I won’t be returning.

I see that I am not alone in my disappointment and dissatisfaction after reading all the other one starts reviews of this location. Time and time and time again I am left with a drink that just tastes terrible. You might ask “why not have the staff remake your drink?” The wait time is literally INSANE to get one coffee and I should not have to sacrifice an hour and fifteen minute to get a properly made beverage. Maybe they need someone to come in and retrain the managers, trainers, and entire staff. Nevertheless, today was the final straw. I will never be back to this location. I’ve had enough of their low quality product and will not waste anymore of my money.

Idk how the service is because my dad brought me my drink but do they even know how to make matcha. They change the matcha every month for no reason. My drink was half matcha half foam. Matcha is NOT supposed to have foam. I also asked for light ice and it had no ice. I saw a Reddit comment that they put it in a blender, that is NOT the right way to make it. If you don’t know how to make matcha then don’t sell it. I need a refund right now. Instead of writing little smiley faces on your cups make your drinks right and good.
