Today I had the worst experience visiting this location. The supervisor Milan was very rude, disrespectful and insensitive to my order and time. I have been a Starbucks customer for over 15 years and today customer service was unacceptable. I completed an order through the drive through on my way to work. My order was made incorrectly so I returned to the store to have my order remade. At my visit speaking with a supervisor Milan who refused to remake my order and advised me to call customer service. I never experienced any issues with having my drink remade when it was incorrect so I didn’t understand why I was having a difficult time today. I showed proof of my purchase via the app then was told she refused to use my personal cup again after with the drink still inside. I felt discriminated against because I never had an issue at any other location and I felt my time was not valued. I visit this store every morning however I will not return in fear of having that experience again. Customer service was unacceptable!

Love this place I always order online and pick up. They always have my order on time. There's one employee by the name of Jack that always goes above and beyond. I always order a venti cup of ice. As soon as he sees me walk in into the store, he gets my cup of ice ready for me.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free pastries.

Extremely slow. Other reviews are correct. Order pickup time was estimated 4-7 minutes but still waiting 15-20 minutes past that for a two drink order. No sense of urgency or customer service. This is beyond frustrating at this point.

The employees do not care here. Not about the quality of drinks they make, the time it takes to get the items out and certainly not about the way the store looks. Go to another location and save yourself the migraine. Management needs to come and retrain or do better job at hiring.

Ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich through the app and when I arrived they didn't have the sandwich I ordered, which was disappointing. They also served me the worst flat white I think I've ever had so this is one and done.

I absolutely love Starbucks the only thing is that sometimes they get my order wrong otherwise amazing menu they sadly have everything at like the highest price that they can put! Otherwise it's DELICIOUS! I've always loved the looks of Starbucks they give off such a chill vibe I love the looks of the cafe!

I was so excited when you opened. I come often with my mom through the drive thru. And when we come before 5pm the service, and drinks are great. However after 5 pm is a whole nother experience, long waiting, long lines, and my coffee is always wrong. The cashier is Polite and what is written on the coffee correct. However, after sending the coffee back to get remade, it's still horrible. I don't know if the timing is off on the espresso machine, or the shots are old, if the containers are not being cleaned. But it's so horrible that I have 2x now gone to the 438 E Charles William AndersonOAK CREEKLoop, W Loop 1604 N, SanAntonio, TX 78251Location to have them remade. And thier manager looked at it once and even said, "that doesn't even look like what you ordered, and it's written right here!
