The customer service was great if you don't take into account that we couldn't get what we wanted because they were sold out of half the menu and didn't have it marked off. Or when they gave us 2 frappuccinos with no sweetener like black coffee and blended ice with powdered vanilla

Megan and her morning crew were outstanding! Made my day…I don’t live near here but came due to errands. The second that I walked in, I am greeted by barista in a cheerful lively vibe. The entire time that I was here snacking and drinking and working on a plan for my day, I could just overhear them and observe them working as a tight team. What a great group of people today on June 20, 2025! Any chance that I have to come back here I will make time for. Great job everyone!

Made my drink wrong twice and wouldn’t give me a refund over the phone, said I would have to go bk when I went bk twice already and it was there fault nor did they offer to give me other solutions and had an attitude. Horrible customer service!!
