This is by far THE worst Starbucks I have ever visited, I have been a Member since 2018! It took over 22 minutes for me to get a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich AND there were customers arriving after me (both mobile and register transactions) that were receiving their items before my husband and I. It was around 0610 and the "Manager" yelled out, after telling me my order was next, "you're doing great staff". In actuality they were not doing great because I didn't get so much as an apology nor did the Manager call me back as requested! I was also hung up on twice (the claim was that it was by accident) when I know it wasn't. The baristas are EXTREMELY rude and I will not return. I will be contacting corporate as this is the second time I have experienced this type of treatment at this particular location. What a disgrace.

I'm sorry Starbucks. My first time at your location. I ordered via the app with no problems. Great! Made it to your store. Good. Waited in the drive thu to get my order, I was behind a person that was having a very difficult time ordering. Not good. I backed out and went inside. Now I know why she had such a difficult time ordering. Part of her difficulty was YOU! I didn't realize you guys don't know how to order the products you serve. What I ordered. NOPE, didn't have it. The other item I wanted to substitute to,, NOPE! Out of that as well. It's early in the day, the sun is not up yet. How is it possible that you don't have any breakfast wraps or sandwiches? That is bad management. Does the owner of your store know you are missing out on orders, customers leaving, because you don't have anything to sell?Hello Dunkin, here I come.....
