I reached for a cup to read the name and the barista yelled at me that it wasn’t mine then I asked if they had a drink with my name and the same barista was sharp and rude! They made my drink the wrong size and she (Candice) got mad and rude with me! Very bad experience with this one barista Candice in the morning at 9am
I love Starbucks hot chocolates! I was so excited to get one today since I do not usually come on a daily basis. It was my treat. Imagine my disappointment when it tasted like water with a hint of chocolate. They were really busy and in a hurry. I couldn’t taste my chocalate right away because it was hot, so I didn’t know it wasn’t right until I got home. Very disappointed.
This location is always the best for product and service.

Katie Tony and Adrian are the highlights of my morning, there are a few other baristas but I don’t know them by name that also really make an impact on my daily routine. I think we as humans tend to forget that we are all living such different lives and going through different things. Each morning I stop by I get the same warm greetings and they make me feel so welcomed. I’ve stopped by on my lowest days and highest days and I can’t help but feel so much gratitude for having met these people. They probably don’t know what an impact they make on my day but I will never choose another Starbucks over this location. Great job on the customer service because this location has it mastered. ?
