My absolute favorite location! It’s less busy than all the locations by my workplace and living literally feet from this location makes it so convenient and easy to get my day started! The staff is amazing, the inside is cozy and always clean.

I honestly wish I could give the team here double the amount of stars for service. The team here Is phenomenal, they’re so bright, cheerful and kind it’s almost like a dream. I used to live in the apartment complex behind this location and even a year and a half later, they still manage to remember me. There’s nothing better than walking into this location for a morning pick-me-up and walking out with fantastic coffee and the confidence to take on the whole world. 🩷

Honestly, this is the best location. Idk about these other reviews they sound like natural complainers to me. But this location is one of the few locations that doesn’t give me grief for ordering on the app and within a minute or two I’m in the drive thru lane. Most of the other locations are like can you wait 10 mins before coming into the line, which is crazy since the app will say 3-4 mins. So thank you for making it smooth and not giving me the “just wanted to let you know” talk.

This is one of the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to in San Antonio. It was accessible, clean, beverages were amazing, and most of all they had CUSTOMER SERVICE!! That’s rare today, even at Starbucks. The barista was so incredibly sweet. I just love them and I will be back!

This is the best Starbucks I have gone to the Baristas went out of their way to make sure the beverage I ordered was made as I requested, he rest rooms were very clean as was the complete store, I have gone to Starbucks all over San Antonio and this one stands above the rest. Alumna, Will and Jose are very proud of their store. F you want to go to a Starbucks to get your beverage made like you ordered and if you want to sit and work, read or just relax you won’t regret going to the Starbucks at Look out rd and 1604.

Unfortunately I get the most inconsistent service here. My go-to is the same everyday so you would hope for a quick grab and go. Had to go in twice this week for poor quality drinks. :(
