I went through the drive-thru, and Gabriela took my order. I asked for a grande iced matcha with no foam, which is my normal order. She then stated that it was not possible to do that, despite it being my normal order. I did not appreciate being lied to even tho I was told by other baristas that it was possible to get my drink with no foam. My drink was half foam, and I did go back in. Gina was very kind and offered to remake my drink; however, I was not satisfied with my customer service when greeted by Gabriela.
Not friendly at all. Also, didn’t pour a full nitro cold brew. Won’t come back

Great spot for impromptu meeting and homework when AT&T had an all day outage!

This location is fairly new, and I have been here often since they have opened. I have given them the benefit of the doubt thinking the staff is new. However- I have observed a recent decline in customer service and lack of quality at this location. For example, I was at this location on 09/28/2024, and went through the drive thru for a mobile pickup, which I had placed as I was en route to this store about 2-3 miles away. Once I arrived, no cars were in the drive thru, and maybe 2 cars were parked in the parking lot. The staff member over the intercom was very sarcastic and rude- and even had the audacity to tell me that “they had several orders ahead of mine, and that I would need to drive around to the patio and someone will bring it out.” So I did just as they directed, despite no other cars waiting in the drive thru or at the window. I drove through the drive thru and parked as the barista instructed over the intercom. I sat out front for another 10 or so minutes for my 2 iced drinks. The staff member who brought out my order was very rude and short and dryly stated “here you go” instead of even apologizing for the wait or providing any type of customer service. I was shocked it took this locations staff over 15 minutes to make 2 iced beverages when there were no other customers in the store or drive thru. It seems that the staff and management at this location do not care about their customers and I have consistently been treated poorly. This Starbucks used to be a go to stop but has severely declined in quality and customer service. I do not believe I will be back to this location.

I ordered ahead and when I get there the order is incorrect so I go up to the barista Lena ( not sure how you spell it ) and inform her and she said one moment I’ll fix it and she continues to do nothing except to sit talking on the phone talking about her personal life . The young gentleman barista however was helpful and very nice .. hopefully you hire more baristas like him and not her .

This used to be such a good location and I never had a complaint about the way my drinks were made, but lately seems there are some new employees that May need some training on preparing drinks.
I usually order ahead on the app and pick up in the drive-thru so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. The young lady at the window was nice enough. Unfortunately today my breakfast sandwich was a complete joke. I ordered the bacon gouda egg sandwich. The bacon was a small shriveled uncooked piece of mostly fat and there wasn't much cheese. And for $5.25 I expect a little more. And I get it. We all know Starbucks is expensive. It's like the name brand of coffee and snacks. Because they're little breakfast sandwiches aren't really that filling., it's like a snack. And it's not like they make them fresh to order. They come prepackaged and they just reheat them. But usually they're hot and they're good. Today was not the case. But what's more disappointing is I attempted to call the store multiple times and the line was constantly busy. So not only do I feel I overpaid for a very disappointing sandwich, I couldn't even speak to anyone about it to give them the opportunity to make it right. I guess I will have to be like many others who just go back to the Pat Booker location.

Bad service. Bad manager. Constantly have to go to another Starbucks to fix the drinks that they can’t make and such attitude to remake a drink. I go to Starbucks every morning. This is close to the school but has become such an awful experience every day.
I’ve been going to Starbucks regularly for about 10 years. When this one opened up right by me, I started coming here. My usual order is a pink drink with light ice and no strawberry inclusions. When I get the drink from here, sometimes it’s very dark because they put too much base and I ask for more coconut milk to be put in so it tastes like the original drink just with less ice and no strawberries. Usually it’s no problem. Starbucks is usually very good about remaking drinks so you’re satisfied. This has not been the case here. The barista with long blonde hair that is mentioned in other bad reviews told me to order it with extra coconut milk at the speaker before she had it remade. I was a little confused because shouldn’t the barista know to adjust the ratios. I also don’t want a ton of coconut milk and said don’t you guys usually just add a little extra of the milk and base. And she replied to order it at the speaker. If it’s easier to say extra coconut milk, that’s fine. The next time I ordered it, I asked for extra coconut milk and the drink was almost white. It had a slight pink tint. That’s not what I want. So I didn’t continue to order it that way and it’d be fine. However, I ran into the same issue of it being too dark again. It was the same barista. I asked for more milk and she told me to order it at the speaker next time. I said okay. She took my drink, poured coconut milk on top of it. Didn’t stir it. Handed me a cup with a bunch of coconut milk layered on top and walked away rudely. I still kept going because it’s right by my house and have adjusted how I order the drink to specify I want it to be a light pink color. Two days ago, I went again. Ordered two pink drinks unnecessarily difficult the same way with the same barista to make sure there would be no issues just to get one of them dark still. I was in a rush and left. It doesn’t matter how I order it. The barista either needs retraining because she genuinely doesn’t know how to make drinks or is being stubborn. I gave it a fair chance. The hassle and discomfort of ordering here just made me go back to the Pat Booker location even though it’s busier (for good reason) where they make it right and are always nice.

I ordered an ice coffee and a cinnamon cake. I got my coffee and 10 minutes later I asked for my cinnamon coffee and he was like oh like I forgot. No apology or nothing. I’m new to San Antonio and I have been in a few Starbucks already. This one? One visit is enough, I won’t coming here again. Customer service not the best!

It might just be me, but every breakfast sandwich I have tried has been very dry! Wish they had jam or jelly packets.

I always come to this Starbucks but drive -thru, today I walked in and the atmosphere was clean and friendly. I ordered and received my order fast. It was a outdoor sitting as well but with this Texas heat indoor is a must.

Received a cold ham & Swiss croissant this morning. Tried calling the store and got no answer.
Everyone here was amazing everytime Before the rude woman with braids worked here regularly- I would come here daily but since she’s started she’s so rude, argues about re making the drink if it’s wrong and it’s always wrong. How hard is it to leave the whip cream off and add Carmel? And she shoves the drinks at you. Making it messy and it’s like she wants uh it to drop. As someone who worked in costumer service for 7 years I am always polite and considerate-it would be great if she got re trained/corrected on her behavior. She’s horrible and obviously not cut out for even mediocre service

It’s been a few months but I’ve finally had the opportunity to write a quick review. It is ridiculous to spend $7 on coffee that lacks such quality. But the thing that really made me just start going local or making my own coffee is seeing ROACHES along the back door of the building… that means they’re in everything.
