I asked for a few items at the window when nobody else was in line, and SB made me feel like I was ignorant and should have known better. If I had been holding up customers behind me I would have understood. They also gave me a few drops of cream when I asked for a little... They took that very literally (a very LITTLE amount). Sorry but to me it was very poor customer service. Hopefully they aren't like this to other customers as well.

Why are the cups here suddenly so leaky? Do they just mistreat their merchandise? This has happened literally the last 4 times in a row where it just leaks out the side of the lid. This has never happened to me at a different Starbucks.
I used to come here all the time, but I can safely say I'll never return to this location ever again. It is completely and utterly unacceptable to have to worry about burning hot coffee dripping all over the gd place.

Really disappointed. Most of the cup was filled with ice and there was barely any actual drink. For the price I paid, I expected a much better experience. Next time I’ll definitely ask for less or no ice. Such a waste of money!”

Don’t expect for the girl that was at the drive through on 4/5/25 at 1:45 pm to EVER get your order right . You ask for light sugar you get tons of it in your coffee or none at all , you ask for regular dairy in your warm coffee and she gives you non dairy beverage . She acts friendly but it’s the 5th time my coffee is wrong when she takes my order . I’m starting to think she is trying to sabotage Starbucks as a company . I also have an associate who said she has gotten his order wrong 3 times as well and he orders the same thing every time he goes inside . Please train this person or just transfer them to another location this is extremely frustrating.
Hit or miss with the crew. Some are nice, some not so much, especially the Asian guy. I was having a great morning until I went in there to pick up my order.
