Went to the PICA PICA location today and waited almost 15 minutes in line for a small cup of ice cream. There was two ladies working and the so called "manager" wasn't helping the young lady in the front at all. The young lady was taking orders and serving at the same time. When it was my turn I told the manager that she needed help and I shouldn't have to wait so long for one scoop of ice cream and she told me if I didn't like it , to take my business elsewhere. So rude and never going back if that so called manager is there again.

They're usually friendly. The prices unfortunately have gone up but luckily the tea is still 50 cents! And goooddd
