Not sure what happened if it’s a mistake on the hosts or if it is their systems. I have never been informed that I cannot be seated at my reservation time due to when it was made. Reservations have always been a priority over walk-in’s. Perhaps a change in reservation systems are needed if staff have an issue with double booking tables. I’m going to stick with the quarry location they seem to have better service.

This location keeps running out of their bread and butter meatloaf. It’s 7pm and they’re “out for the night” of meatloaf. It’s their favs. This is the second time with meatloaf during peak dinner times they’ve been out of there most popular dishes meatloaf. Who runs this location? And do you know if running out of a dish is a pattern you adjust your production? Or when you run out, you run out? It’s 7pm. If you run out on a Monday at 7pm you’re doing something wrong. Bad business

To start with very nice physical presence. Located in a upscale area, and an impressive entryway. We were seated quickly, and had a waiter within a reasonable length of time. Here was our issue...my order was for a warm deli sandwich with fries. In addition I ordered a salad. The salad didn't come for a long time and in fact couldn't finish it before my main course arrived. When my sandwich arrived no fries. I asked the waiter where my fries were and he said if you get a salad you don't get fries. I didn't order a salad instead of fries but in addition to. My wife had no incident. Now here is the really atrocious fact...the water that they serve is for the most part undrinkable. Obviously they don't filter the water just open a valve on a sink. With lemon it masked the terrible after taste. If you go...just don't drink the foul water order a soda or whatever you like. Overall I would go back but hope I got a different waiter and certainly order a coke or something else to drink.

We hosted an event in their private room. It exceeded our expectations! The service was wonderful. The food was above and beyond. Presentation matters to me and it clearly matters to this team! It was set up perfectly and we couldn't ask for me. I highly recommend them!!

We were at the Rim location just now. We sat in the bar area and immediately left. The floor had chips, old french fries on the floor and under the table. I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. If the staff is like that with upkeep upfront, I did not want to know how they maintain their kitchen. I can understand if they were very busy and did not have time but there was a couple of people in the bar area. They could have addressed that. Very dissappointed.
