Third time I've been to this location. First 2 times were great. The bartenders were attentive and at least acted like they were happy to have customers. Today.. not so much. Nicole was more interested in talking with her friends. I stood at the bar. Approximately 5 feet from her. She's was just chatting it up with a friend and I waited about 5 minutes until she was done talking. And then acted like her job was interfering with her personal time. Very disappointing. I gave 2 stars...1 for each of the previous bartenders.

Good atmosphere and music is great but the service from the bartenders was just pathetic. Especially the short long hair bearded bartender was just there like he didn't want to work and very dismissive. Very rude after waiting just to place a drink order. I understand it's busy but no reason to be rude. Will not come back

Unfortunately I'm a frequent visitor here due to my best friends enjoying the music. I'be not once had a positive experience with any of the bartenders. They act as if it's a burden to make your drinks, don't say thank you when closing out, no smiles to spare either. Not only are they lacking in any customer service skills, but are quite brash with their rude behaviors. I ordered a round of drinks and one of them were wrong, I said "excuse me this is a cranberry vodka, I didn't order this" the bartender proceeded to say "yes you did" I explained that I haven't ordered that drink since I was 21 and that he must've misheard. He said "actually sweetheart you did order it" and grabbed it to remake. When asking what vodka is in the Moscow mule and if it was well could I get something else, his reply was "You realize that's going to cost extra right?" And said it again as I asked for Ketel one. I was there last night and not one single bartender gave good customer service. The only redeeming part is how friendly the dj was and the music selection. Seems as if there is a inherent problem with customer service. I worked in the bar and restaurant industry for a decade so tip well and tipped them still, but felt that they didn't truly earn my tips.

I don't recommend going here unless you have an identification card if you plan on starting a tab with and losing. The staff this night lost my card and essentially told me oh well order another one through the DMV... considering that's my driver's license that has my information on it you just broke so many different personal identifiers possibly giving it to another person if not thrown in the trash, the fact y'all can't manage IDs properly means y'all should probably rethink running tabs all together.
