Stout’s Signature

Spot can't be beat if you're going to a show at the Tobin. And, we enjoyed great mocktails. Food was good but both of us found it a little salty for our preference. Service was good but longer waits between courses than we experience elsewhere.

Excellent food and service! If you are going to an event at the Tobin Center, Stout's is the perfect place to have dinner! So convenient and SO good!

The restaurant was out of a couple of food items and a couple of wines listed on their menu. The food was just warm. Not a good value.

Staff are cheerful, attentive, and quick to assist

The food was amazing. Our waitress was very professional. She provided just enough small talk to be friendly, yet not too chatty to over stay her welcome. One of the employees noticed my service dog as we were done with our meal and offered to bring him a bowl of water, which he really appreciated. He was thirsty, and I hadn't had the opportunity to get him a drink of water yet. That was my plan once we got to the Tobin center. Usually when we walk into an establishment the host seating us will tend to that. The waitress didn't notice him as he was under the table, and isn't really supposed to be noticeable. We had the shrimp plate and the salmon with polenta. Both were very tasty and filling. We didn't have room for dessert.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were just right, I left full and happy.

Corbin is the best server ever too damn good.
Give this man a raise.

Came here for my birthday and loved it very much! I would highly recommend coming to this restaurant. The table side smoking of the cocktails was a fun touch. Bacon wrapped dates were a hit and fell in love with the bread pudding! Will be back.

I’d like to compliment Corbin for the excellent service he provided during our visit to Scout’s Signature. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the dining experience truly enjoyable. His professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out, and I greatly appreciated the care he put into making sure everything was perfect!!
