Zoe and Olivia prepared my husband and my sandwiches and I had to tell them what a wonderful job they were doing. I think it disgusting touching the register/money then go back to touching food with out changing gloves but these two ladies attention to cleanliness is outstanding . Zoe switched out her gloves without being asked to, Olivia didn’t touch the register until all our food was done and bagged. Their attention to cleanliness 10/10. Very nice and helpful as well.

I usually don't leave reviews at chain restaurants but this Subway is run like a small business. Employee Ri and the manager are doing a great job here. Subway is clean and fully stocked. I think every other Subway manager in San Antonio needs to stop by here and see how things should be ran.

I placed a mobile order around 11am, I come to the store to pick up my order and the manager on duty says my order never came through. The app says my order is being prepared, anyways I show her my receipt with the order number and food I purchased. And she tells me “I can’t give you your order without the name” I said well my name is Taylor, showed her my subway profile and ID to match. And she still refuses to give me my order, I can see the sandwich with my own eyes on the bar. All she had to do was match my order numbers with my receipt and that should be proof enough. Apparently having a receipt isn’t enough proof for this location. Shame on the owner of this location.

This is the nastiest subway I’ve ever had in my life idk if they were rushing or what but this is unacceptable

I stopped at this subway the other day to get a sandwich and was assisted by Kathy. She started making my sandwich and then proceeded to stop after putting the meat on to take her phone out of her back pocket and start texting, without taking her gloves off. She then puts her phone back in her pocket and puts cheese on my sandwich. She pulls her phone back out to start texting while the sandwich was in the toaster, still with the gloves on, and puts it back in her pocket before asking which veggies I want. This is unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. If she needs to text she needs to take the gloves off and then wash her hands before trying to continue to make someone’s sandwich.
