I ordered 2 sandwiches online, for my family. They were ready by the time the app showed.l - that was about all that was correct. We paid for double meat on both sandwiches, added & paid for to 1 sandwich, and didn’t receive the extra meat or bacon. When I called, the “Manager”, said yeah well we ran out of bacon so that’s why you didn’t get any. I asked why one of them had it and not both, she said, “Oh we just gave you the leftover. When I asked how come I didn’t receive the extra meat, her response, “Oh I don’t know but there’s nothing we can do about it.” I replied, “So you can make these sandwiches however you want to even though we’re charged for certain ribs and there’s nothing you’re going to do about it?” Her response, “Uh yeah basically.” In shock, I asked for her name, response, “Oh we don’t give those out.” ‘So upcharge me, make mistakes on my order, no name to reference, and I’m out of like?’ “Uh yeah.” Just proved why I stay away from Subway. Absolutely pitiful management and customer service.

Young lady working tonight, December 9th at 630 pm was the most kind and thoughtful person I have ever encountered. I will definitely be coming to this subway again. Her customer service was outstanding. yall should be glad to have someone like that working for you!

If I could give 0 stars I could! The employees and managers here are very unprofessional! They were quick to call me and tell me they didn’t have the items for my order so I ok cancel it! It’s been 2 weeks, I still have gotten my refund and every time I call the store I get hanged up! Calling customer service doesn’t help either so I guess they can take your money but not give you your food. That’s crazy to me! Even though this is the closest one to my house I’d rather drive to another location. Never again with this damn excuse of a restaurant Subway should be ashamed

Placed on order through Uber Eats and all 3 sandwiches were poorly made and had the wrong ingredients. None of the sandwiches were toasted. Was also missing the drink and chips I ordered. Called the store just to let them know and the employee had the audacity to say they were made correct and were toasted. Biting into a cold philly sandwich is not how I wanted to spend 40$. Never using this location again
This location closes at 11pm. I walked in at 10pm. It was very obvious the staff had closed and cleaned everything already. I was told by staff they “ran out” of EVERYTHING. I highly doubt that. Very upset with this outcome. Don’t put you close at 11 if yall break down everything earlier.

Service is horrible. The staff is rude. They let a person wait there for 15 minutes before they told them they were out of pizza after they charge them. . The wait is ridiculous. The staff was eating off to the side and had a list going of food that they were out of.
