Wanted subway for the first time in years. Ordered for pickup. Cold cut wasn't available and neither was lettuce. Got Black Forest ham and was given 2 slices. Was also given buffalo sauce instead of creamy Sriracha. My boyfriend ordered the Spicy Nacho sub and it came with provolone instead of pepper jack and cheddar and also with Buffalo sauce instead of Sriracha. Messily made, skimpy with portions even despite the inconvenience of not having what was ordered and making substitutions on their own regard.
Safe to say it may be another few years before I have Subway again, especially at this location.

I placed my order at 6:40 and they told me 7:00 PM. It was ready. I arrived at 7:15 and they told me the sandwiches weren't there yet. They told me in 5 minutes and I left at 7:40. The sandwiches are very poorly made. They didn't have what I had asked for. I asked for double protein and they didn't give it. The place is run by people who don't know what they are doing. Don't go to that Subway, it's a shame. Disgusting.

TBH, with Subway you're never quite sure what you will get, but this location was a good experience.
Even though they were busy, staff was friendly and expedient - and our sandwiches were great!

Okay this isn’t the first time I had problems with this subway, the first time I asked if they could give me a soup cup with nothing in it for my autistic child who I didn’t want to feel left out when eating dinner that night. They proceeded to tell me they don’t sell those? I was furious but I tried them again a few weeks later. Here I am sitting in my car a hour after placing my order trying to get the correct sandwiches I done been home and came back and they still ain’t get them correct the little short girl with glasses and the tall boy only ones here with someone either prepping in the back or hiding out. Either way this is ridiculous

This subway has the worst service and quality of food. It seems to get worse and worse each time I order. The last two weeks I’ve ordered 2 to 3 subs and they were horrible. The regional managers need to retrain the store managers, and retrain the staff. They should hold them accountable each time they do not perform well.

The lady with braids who is taking order was very rude.
We placed online order for 4 sandwiches and waited an hour store still they haven't started making order and the lady called me BLIND. Very very bad customer service no respect! Placed a online order to avoid the waiting and still had to wait for 30min after the time it was supposed to be ready. The online ordering is useless. Watched people come in and order and eat and I still didn't get my food.
