Horrible service. I ordered through the app and it was supposed to be ready at 11:20. I got to the store and they hadn't even started making the sandwich. The employee was more concerned about talking on her cell phone. Additionally, the food line had many flies flying around.

Not sure if I've ever been to a slower subway. I must've waited in line for a good 15-20 minutes before they got to me. There were 3 people ahead, 2 in drive thru (bless their hearts because their sandwiches were just sitting there for 5 mins getting cold). Only 2 workers. My patience was tested; I decided not to walk out and just beeee patient 🙄. There were only 2 workers, one was slow. At least my sandwich was good. I tipped them 2 bucks each, bc I work food service, so I understand...but damnnnnn. Close down the drive through at this point.

Let me tell you, I ran into two of the most unhappy young men at this subway. These guys didn't want to greet me. They didn't want their lips to run away from their lips. So, in other words, you are not gonna get a smile. I tried to lift their spirits, but it was lifting an eighteen wheeler. ON TOP OF THAT, my sandwich was nasty ?. So if you're depressed don't go to that Subway because you're going to leave with a nasty sandwich and more more of a cloud over you than you had when you went in, ready to go to Laurel Ridge

Walked into my local subway, and as I was waiting to be served both employees were caring on a conversation with two customers in one transaction cussing up a storm and having a good old time and never acknowledging my existence. All I wanted was a drink. I see how important customer service these days.

I'm in line and there is a worker there making a sandwich for a customer and then the phone rings she answers the phone and then goes back to making a sandwich without changing gloves without anything whatsoever
Also I noticed employees don't have hair nets most employees have long hair and always moving the hair out their face it's best if this company would have their employees wear hair nets especially when you are dealing with food right in front of you

Terrible customer service!! There were two workers. One was sitting in a booth in the restaurant and one behind the counter. The girl behind the counter was obviously filling an online order but could not move slower. It was like watching a sloth. She ignored me for five minutes (not an exaggeration) while she very slowly made her sandwich for the online order. By this time there were four people in line. She just kept looking at the other worker but still not even acknowledging me. Finally, the guy got up and came around to help me. They were out of most breads, the restaurant was a mess! So disappointing!

Placed order online for 2 sandwiches. When I got here nothing was ready. Was told they were out of ham. I said Turkey was fine. The girls disappeared into the back and were just talking. I had to wait 15 minutes and they came back out. Then proceeded to switch the 2 breads I had ordered for the sandwiches, and didn’t toast it. $20 for a waste of time and 2 sandwiches we can’t even eat! And the order was clearly marked on the ticket, so there was no miscommunication. And people think they should be making $15+/hour, you can’t even follow the simple written instructions for making a sandwich.

This location is ok when it comes to customer service. It can be better though. They need to hire more motivated people who want to work. Every time I ask for a manager the workers there say there is no manager on duty. I only come to this location because it's close by.

From someone who has been working here for the past two years. We recently got a new General Manager who seems to run a very tight ship and has the dedication for this to be a great store. I agree there have been some very rough moments in the past with our previous management being more laid back, and honestly I’m not surprised at some of these 1 star reviews because I know what some of my past an current co-workers are like, but our new manager is very professional and has high standards for this store and is keeping an eye on our employees.

Vegetarian options: We have our Veggie Delight and Veggie Patty options. I’d recommend our Multi-Grain Wheat bread or plain Artisan Italian bread. Cheese is optional.

Parking: We only have two curbside spots that are shared with Little Caesar’s next door.

Kid-friendliness: We have 4-inch sub kids meal options with a cookie or applesauce (for a side) and a fruit punch juice box. We also have a high-chair available.

Wheelchair accessibility: We have a wheelchair ramp right outside our front door, but some people will occasionally use it as a parking spot even though it isn’t. There is another ramp just a few businesses further down if necessary.

Online order was not even started yet when I went to pick up. They couldn't find the order. They told me I ordered from the wrong place but I showed my online receipt which proved them wrong. When I showed proof, they then started my order. When the lady gave me the bag, she never said sorry. She actually did not say one word when handing me the bag. Very strange. I was pleasant the whole time. I wasn't upset. Horrible customer service.

The guy at the counter is literally forgetting the order as it's given to him. I turned away for half a second to look at the chips and turned back to find the wrong ingredients on my sandwich. Worst service I've had in a while.
