We came in thursday night last week, guy at the counter was so kind. I dont know his name but he was wearing the subway jersey both times. Usually dont expect customer service at these places but seems like a great guy. Will be coming back.

Great sanwdiches, only complaint is the chocolate chip coomies were stale but we went close to closing time so that's likely our fault. Will definitely go back!

I ordered a six inch BMT here and got so much lettuce and like 3 pieces of meat in my order. Pretty underwhelming for 7 bucks. I basically paid more than $1 per inch of pure bread and lettuce

The Amazing Paoletta’s
Unsanitary and unorganized. I watched two teenagers give a customer the wrong sandwich then ran out to catch the customer before they left to then OPEN all the sandwiches and check which belonged to who. Then took back the sandwich and set it aside for pick up.... Oh and my pickup order was missing items and sandwiches were incorrect.

11/24/2024. Got food poisoning from their turkey sandwich. Don't know if the lettuce was bad or the meat was contaminated. Not worth the risk for a cheap sandwich made with very little thought for my health.

Tried to get delivered. Went on the subway app and paid for my order to be delivered. Well, the money hit my bank, however did not receive my food. Called and some young guy said he did not see my order and that I need to call back tomorrow to talk to a manager. He has the I don’t care attitude. Do not order delivery from this place.

The tuna sub was good as usual. The problem was with the cheese steak sub. It barely had enough meat to cover the bottom of the bread and he forgot the cheese. They used to pre measure the steak into one paper tray for a 6 inch sub, 2 for a 12 inch sub. Then they heat the container up and put into the bread and add the topping. The man that waited on me must be one of the owners because he has been there forever. Then they were out of unsweetened tea and my bag ripped outside carrying it to the car. The bag they give can carry one 12 inch sub and a bag of chips, but not 2 large subs and chips. Also you never see anyone new working there for more than a week or two.

I come here about twice a month & I've never seen the two individuals working in there today but they were awesome. The young man was incredibly polite & they were both quick, the food this time was AWESOME, I don't think I've had better Subway sandwiches ? Whoever they were, they're absolutely rad.
