Extremely disappointed. Management does not seem to care or want to be involved with the customer. In trying to order online the system said the store was closed and it could not accept orders. To verify this fact, we called and were told the location was open. Based on this, we asked if the online coupon could be accepted via a phone order. The manager Brenda Mendez said it could not be. When asked if we could speak to her, she had suddenly departed for the day. This was only about 2 mins from the coupon question. It seems that Ms. Mendez simply did not want to discuss the issue with us and had her staff dismiss us. Totally unacceptable.

Honestly, I love subway but this one just didn't sit right with me.First of all the staff looked miserable and hadn't slept in a week. They seemed annoyed whenever I asked for something and were very slow.Also my little brother asked for a milk and the guy rolled his eyes and said there was some by the counter (which there wasn't) he then walked back into the fridge and said the ran out, I really just wish he could've been nicer. I ignored that part but It became worse when they just stood and stared at me while i ate at one of the tables. The food was average, it tasted a bit old but besides that it was fine. I really hope the staff devolp better social skills and everything gets better!

Very rude staff. Everyone looked miserable working there. The vegetables look like they have been sitting there for days. Absolutely disgusting I had to walk out. Save your coins for the subway down the street. Way better experience over there.

Slowest workers ever… it took more than 30 minutes for just 2 sandwiches… we didn’t even get lettuce or avicado because it had black spots on it… they didn’t know their own packages, we had to tell them what was included in each sandwich… worst experience ever, never going back.

Probably the worst Subway I’ve been in…The person who prepared my sandwiches was SO UNPREPARED… first of all, I had to walk him through the steps… he cut my bread all the way through, for some strange reason, I asked for a double meat subway melt (a classic) and not only he didn’t know what to do, he didn’t even make it double or add the bacon. The lettuce was ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING, all brown and nasty, the guacamole was totally dark… paid 18 dollars for the worst subways in the history, decided to head to McDonalds and buy backup food

The slowest staff i have ever seen anywhere. 15 minutes in line and not one person served. 1 guy spent 6 minutes xlchecking one couple out at the cash register the other one was making 2 sandwiches for 1 person which took him 10 minuets. The guy at the register did not help the other guy. This happened at 13:00 on Saturday the 22nd may 2021.

Talk about no conversation. No type of emotion. Kind of standoff ish. I get I got a 6 inch but 2 pickles ain’t it or 3 olives won’t cut it sis! Like cmon now, use that brain and ask if that’s enough cuz both of us know it ain’t. Gah bless. It ain’t hard to make a sandwich.

Asked for a promo mentioned online, was told that I could only order it online, which is fine. Then was told to go outside the store while placing the order online and I am not allowed to place an online order in store thru my phone. Okay, fine. Went online to order and they didn't have an option for the veggie delight sandwich (couldn't even remove any meat option).It's like they're trying to lose business and customers.
