I had a online order they completely messed it up so I called in to speak with the manager a male employee answered the phone and said the manager was on break I ask when they would be off break he hung up called back ask for corporate number same guy hangs up again not sure how the could mess up a order so back everything was on the receipt

Disappointed. I ordered and paid for a double meat flatbread with bacon. Did not have double meat, did not have bacon. The sandwich was handed to me when I arrived along with my warm diet Pepsi. The location did appear clean and they had three staff members helping two customers when I walked in.

Ordered a footlong steak and cheese online. Brought it home to enjoy only to see they barely put any steak on the sandwich, or all the toppings for that matter. I usually go to the one on Foster Rd & I-10 but I could not order online at that location. Disappointed and won't return to this location.

This location waters down the sauces, no one should be tampering with the sauces. Disgusting soggy bread and incorrectly made, sandwich artists need supervision. worst subway experience so far!

This place is bad, even for a Subway. This place helps you understand how somebody like Jared could operate for so long. The ability to count should be a requirement to work here, but it is not. It's funny, but not funny. At least they're doing good in the community by employing only special needs workers.

Half of the fountain drinks were just water! I asked why and staff replied with “they don’t work”. First and last time I’m visiting this location!

I go to this subway at 5429 rigsby for soup. Everyday they either make it to watery or to thick but mostly they don't have any. We even go early and they say we not making any today.
