Our first time ordering from this location & eating from here. Maybe we need to order in person next time. We ordered online off Uber Eats. Bread was hard for mine & my husband’s sandwich. Both white bread. Barley took a bite or pushed with finger & it was tough & crumbled. Either has been sitting out for a while or yesterday’s batch. I’m sure they wouldn’t have used it if I was there in person. I wouldn’t have accepted it. Hope they do better. Yours truly a former Subway employee.

Subway needs to hire more people, train them, and pay them more at this location. I exited the line after waiting several minutes. There's only one person making sandwiches at 4pm on a Tuesday and people complaining etc. There needs to be 2-3 employees during busy times like lunch and dinner otherwise subway loses money and everyone loses their time. I would not return to this location.

Service: ♾️/10 The service was excellent! Our sandwich artist, Mark, was just great. Super funny, you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Super chill and honestly makes me wanna come back to this store and grab myself another sandwich. Super good sandwich artist and NEEDS a raise!!!

It seems like everytime i order online from here they mess something up. Last few times i would order there would be barely any sauce and less cheese than there usually is, so not too big of a deal to complain about.
However this order is ridiculous. Half of my sandwich was fine, had everything i ordered in a normal quantity, but the other half is missing the cheese and has 1 little leaf of spinach and black olives. The sandwich was sitting it their shop horizontally and stayed that way until i opened it up to eat so its not like it all would have gone to one side( if it wasn’t wrapped properly.) I have no idea how that happens other than they were lazy when there was no one in the store.

Food is okay it’s the staff that are the problem. They had smug faces and were I guess annoyed with me doing more than one order and just seemed very unhappy doing their jobs . Get people who are happy to work there.

Workers are very unorganized and no customer service whatsoever. My family and I literally waited for about 5min to have a worker finally ask what we wanted. Three workers right in front of us just talking and laughing.

I came to this location to pick up a online order the sandwich was made nothing like I ordered it was cold I came back to the location after realizing opening the sandwich I called the location no answer there were black olives I’m allergic to olives I came back to the location handed the Sandwhich back told an employee by the name of Isaiah my order is wrong he seemed to have a attitude and could careless for my allergic reactions I couldn’t eat the sandwich that was made the way I asked possibly because he had ear pods in his ear no name badge no uniform no gloves very unprofessional environment after making the sandwich. I have a swollen throat this location needs management for night shift
