Not all Subway locations are created equal. This location has consistently been subpar, but today had to be the worst I've experienced. Being the closest location, I decided to give it a try after not ordering from here in a couple of years. Things have only gotten worse. I ordered 5 sandwiches on the app and all 5 had issues. We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches and there must have been a tuna shortage! The amount of tuna in each sandwich was ridiculous. Every other location I've been to puts huge amounts in their sandwiches yet these looked as if it was measured out with a teaspoon, yet we were charged the same full price. In addition, the sandwiches looked as if the employees made them while blindfolded. Seriously, I have never seen such messy sandwiches. I guess they figured we wouldn't see these trainwreck looking sandwiches till we got home and it would be too late. Lastly, we tried to call instead of making the trek back and naturally no one answers and the voice mail box is full- probably with complaints!

The 2 girls that were working last night (6/5/23) seriously need some customer service training. Just no politeness was given, and their faces screamed they didn't want to be there. I tried being respectful and nice in the beginning, but after getting short responses in their "couldn't care less" tone, I gave up. I had ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 wrap, so when I asked which sandwich was which, she just shrugged without even trying to help figure it out or asking the other girl. She rang everything up and started putting them in a bag along with the receipt and then just stood there. Didn't pass me the bag. She didn't say thank you or gave any type of communication to say the transaction was done. I stared at her for a bit, then just said, "Thank you!" Im sure it came out a little too sarcastically. But come on. I was so annoyed by that point.If you don't want to be there, then don't be there! Our food was good, and the kids figured out which sandwich belonged to them. My wrap was only cut to the middle, so I needed to cut it all the way through myself. It is what it is, I guess. Maybe I expect too much since I have worked in food service before and have been around tons of customers in a day.

We showed up at 8:20pm and the guy working there said they were closed already when they clearly close at 10pm!

She charged me for the sandwich before she was done making it, and I gave her a tip. Only to find out the mayonnaise was out. I had to cancel my dine in and take togo, so I could buy the mayonnaise and put it back in the oven at my house. I'm never leaving a tip again, that's how I feel.

I walked in and had my sandwich made when the women was putting it in to be toasted she coughed in the direction of the food I noticed it but didn't think much of it then later the same day I developed and cold and sore throat. 1/25/23

First time ordering Delivery service from Subway. They made out sandwiches amazing! The chocolate chip cookies were super good too, fresh from the oven. Only thing is the driver didn’t ring the doorbell or knock on our door. Definitely need to make sure to read specific instructions. I recommend ordering from this location. Take care and be safe
