Placed a mobile takeout order for two footlongs and they took forever and gave us a 6 inch. We didn’t realize until we got back home and had to drive all the way back to tell them what happened. They then made my husband wait while they made 5 other peoples sandwiches and only made him the other half of the sandwich after all the inconvenience. You’d think that they’d just make him the foot long he ordered and let him keep the other half that they messed up on. But they made him wait another 20 minutes just to make him the other half of his sandwich after we had to drive all the way from home again. Terrible customer service. We will not be returning.

I put in a mobile order for daughter to pick up when she got there the food was not ready and the girl behind the counter (ruby)was just standing around. They were rude to my daughter when she got home i found a hair in my food i went to return myself the girl gave me attitude i ask for refund for both meals ( i brought in both meals with me untouched) there’s no manager on duty so she calls her manager at home to figure out how to do the refund. The manager they called was Audrey and she said they could not do a refund since they were not a manager. Which makes sense, but why would you not have a manager on duty for these type of issues? They stated that I would have to wait for my refund. They didn’t re-offer to make me my food. And argued with me and stated they don’t know how a hair could’ve gotten in my food. If they have their hair tied back yet they had no hairnets. I left the food there and went to another subway, which is owned by the same person. When I talk to them at the other store, they kept my receipt and said that they would talk to the owner about getting me my refund. I re-purchased the food there so double purchase. I never received a call back when I send my son in to the store. That kept my receipt. They stated that a week already had went by so they wouldn’t be offering me my refund yet the owner never called me. What a bad way to do business stealing money poor customer service.

Slow service, hardly put anything on sandwich, ordered Italian bread and got white bread, out of several sauces, tables and floor were dirty and it was only 5pm and not very busy. Will not return here.

This is my go to Subway. The food is always fresh and the service is great. Joshua always goes above and beyond in his service and makes the best sandwiches. 10/10 recommend this location.

It’s like an oven in here. The worker Joshua had such an attitude with my sister. This isn’t even the first time that the employee in this place catch attention with us. Avoid this subway. I don’t recommend.

I was Displeased with the new Menu Policy put in place. I like Build your own sandwichs and Believe That is what makes Subway subway. As someone hoo loves subway and has a Specific order and has a hard time ordering because of Dyslexia. As a customer walking in I felt like I could always go there and get what I needed Until the new policy now I don't want to go there if I'm going to be told to pick a number and not a meat.

It's my first time at this location I ordered the raspberry cookies all over San Antonio this is the first time when the cookies were so hard you can bang them on the counter next to the register and they don't even break she said they made them like 2 hours ago but the cookies felt like they were made 24 hrs ago. They switched them to chocolate chip which felt soft you know those were made today I was reading over the other notes and realize they have major issues at this location.

Worse experience ever! I work late and I understand how it is when you’re tired, but I would not treat a customer the way I was treated. I came in 15 mins before closing. Another lady was being helped. The guy behind the counter was busy laughing with the lady. While my husband and I were waiting. Still with 10 mins left. The worker told us sorry that was the last customer we’re helping. I asked for the their corporate number and their names. They said they don’t know it and didn’t want to give me their names.(not wearing their name tags)The guys also called me rude for coming in 10 mins before they closed and just ignored me. When I had been waiting 2-3 mins. That was rude, lazy and appalling! I love subway, but the employees that are there are lose your company money by the way they’re treating their customers.

No complaints about the food it is consistently delicious throughout subway as a chain but As some other reviewers have mentioned customer service and attitude are an issue here at this location. firstly I would like to thank Anna or anne because they were very friendly and showed great customer care to us, however I did not catch the name of the other employee she had glasses with darker hair who showed extreme unprofessionalism and hostility to us as well as I saw her do to several other customers ahead of us. my family came in to order subs to-go and it was very crowded so she may have been having a bad/hard day however right when we got to the ordering station she had a horrible attitude asking what sandwiches we wanted, as well as when I approached the condiment/topping area and was looking at what I would like to add to my sandwich I asked her a question about my sandwich toppings to which she replied “it already has it” (which it did not) so when I wanted to add another topping sauce to it she did so but I had to ask her twice, then when it came to my moms sandwich she asked her “ how was her day” which my mom responded great how is yours to which the lady said well I’m making your sandwich so… after that my whole family just got pretty quiet because what can you even say to that and In general this woman made our experience extremely unpleasant, made us all feel uncomfortable and it seemed she was genuinely upset about making our sandwiches. Not trying to pass judgement onto others because I have worked in the service industry and understand being overwhelmed but this behavior was completely unacceptable and management needs to retrain her or she does need to find a new job.
