There was like 5 immature teenagers laughing and talking whilst my footlong cookie was burning in the oven. Not to mention the girl that took my order gave me a very funny look and whispered something to her coworker. Please while you’re on your break buy some new shoes those are so busted up.

Walked in to get a sandwich, they didn't have any bread. I suggested that maybe they should put a sign in the front to let people know that. The kid's ,and they were kid's laughed at my suggestion. Since they didn't have bread I asked for flat bread..once they started my sandwich I asked for tomatoes, guess what? No tomatoes...I walked out...who let's these kids run a big business? They make the company look bad when they treat paying customers like this.

Horrible horrible staff , their rude especially the guy , I waited in like for around 30 mins even tho there was 2 people in front of me , they kept talking loudly joking around and cussing at eachother and had stopped making my sandwich to talk and joke around and had to keep reminding them what I wanted on my sub , very unprofessional and horrible service get your employees straight.

Food came put fine, no complaints at all, service was a bit lackluster as always, never in a hurry, they are hourly employees. The restaurant area was not crowded, but it wasn't as clean as I would expect either for not being busy. Maybe we missed the rush.

Terrible...they didn't give us a receipt and argued with me when I told them that I ordered a kids meal and they didn't even give us the kids milk or applesauce. They were highly disorganized and disrespectful and deceitful.

Wife was upset she couldn’t get a cup for water without being charged for a drink even though we had $20 in food. That being said the restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. Nice place to sit down and cool off.

Prices for a kids meal randomly went up now instead of 4.86 it's 5.03. I hate having change but now I have to bring extra 3 cents just so I don't have 97 cents in my pocket. They have toys from 2016. Makes me think what else is old in that store if the toys are from 2016. Also I asked for the steak club and they said we dont make that anymore. I said well do you have Turkey steak and bacon. Yes they replied. Ok il have that. Oh sorry we can't make the steak club. So I left without that but still had to get my son his meal. Plus the milk is expired
