They are not open 24 hours the employee who’s washing sees me knocking on the window and doesn’t acknowledge me what kind of service is this? The sign says 24 hours, but I guess not

Went here last night to get some subs with my family and the two gentlemen that worked here last night very rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be here the guy tall skinny with glasses all he did was roll his eyes while making our food seemed bothered when we asked for extra meat the other gentleman was not even helping the customers didn’t wash his hands after he came back from eating and being on his phone we asked for the managers name and number we refused and they even refuse to give us there names I will not be back here and I hope and pray corporate reaches out or tries and get this problem fixed or he gonna keep losing money and customers and I am a manager myself that runs a restaurant and his employees or unprofessional and no customer service

This employee was super rude spraying chemicals towards me and my baby calling me disgusting and then when I asked for his name he refuse then when I asked for the manager number and name he said oh well not my problem I need to speak to corporate

Thought y'all were open 24/7 saw some chick go to her car sit there while another chick inside poured herself a drink while I was at the door both completely ignoring me

Systems are always down, it’s coincidence it’s always that one employee. She never puts a sign and says they don’t take cash nor cards because of the system being down, it has happen constantly and she always tells us we can go to the other subway and their system always works at the other subway…..

I’m always ordering from this store and they never have specific toppings or anything, I ordered today from DoorDash for my Dasher to tell me that they didn’t have the bread that I always choose. They never have jalapeños, black olives or the honey mustard I order. Until this store is stocked with everything that people choose, I will rate it a 5, but as of right now I will not be ordering from this store. They didn’t even give me my cookie I ordered along with it.

Went to eat, they were out if Everything, only one employee was trying to help a young girl, while her co workers sat around talking. Needless to say we opted to leave because we noticed how filthy it was. Don't waste your finger

I love that it is the only subway so far that always makes sandwiches to your request. I wouldn't change my restaurant for any other. Shout out to John! Great job and great service!!. Keep up the good work.

This is the second time now in a few weeks that I have come for food and the soda machine is not working all they have is bottled drinks. Then I go for my order and it isn't ready at the time stated. The last time I ordered multiple sandwiches and because they didn't have an item for one of the sandwiches they decided not to make any of them. What is going on with people. Hire some people that want to work and that actually want to help you and your company stay in business because these people you have lately are not helping your reputation

Trash service

I placed an order on the app for curbside followed all the instructions and they had me sitting outside for 20 minutes with my food on the counter. None of my drinks were ready, even though like I said it was a curbside order. They’re supposed to bring it to me

When I walked inside, nobody greeted me.

The two people working couldn’t even make eye contact. Much less speak.

The girl and the boy working today at 2:15 PM have zero communication skills. And zero customer service skills.

old girl ALONE working overnight at 3 am when her manager is supposed to be with her.

I am here sitting in my car not leaving til I finish this review. Employees were clueless. I asked for a meatball sub. They said they didn't have enough meatballs did I still want??? I paid for a combo and they are out of most soft drinks. I left with a cup of ice and a bottled tea. Non apologetic. They were super distracted even dropping Pans. I live super close to this Subway and will never come here I will just stick to the one in Walmart.
