I waited for about 45minutes on my online order! It was super busy during dinner time and only one person working. There should be at least two people working to avoid such delays, and I couldn't help but feel sorry for the girl. I gave four stars because the girl remained friendly and did the best she could. She deserves a raise!

The place was great but there was one person which worked there was very rude and I can honestly say won't be back at that one. First time ever experiencing such rudeness.Parking: The other gentleman that rang me up was ok.

There is a bald gentleman that always does an amazing job when it comes to our orders. He's fast and nice and my sandwiches are perfect with every amount expected. He deserves a raise! Also it's the only location where the veggies and meats are fresh. I always get stomach issues when I go to other locations but not this one so it's worth driving to even if it's out of the way!

The rude and unprofessional employee working at Hi Valley today at 5pm didn't even acknowledge us coming in and taking our order. He just continued working with online orders without even saying a word like no one was there. We had to leave. It use to be a nice place to eat but we don't think we're going back.
