Absolutely AWFUL. I spent $20 for my sandwich, chips and drink and didn't receive the chips or drink. The driver suggested I contact the store and for 2 days nothing but a busy signal day and night. The chat app is worthless. Company doesn't respond to the emails they seem to prefer for contacting them. There's no phone number listed that works to speak with anyone about issues either.

The young lady serving me was so unfriendly I walked in and she was attending someone fist 2 people were working no greeting no smile no I’ll be right with you and eventually I made eye contact and the lady just looks away I smiled but she was so uninviting I had asked her a question and she didn’t even answer it she just they don’t have cool but that didn’t answer my question even if they did have it for future refernace she did not smile the entire time talk really low almost with a bit of an annoyed attitude I asked her to warm it up but she only left it in for like 5 seconds literally an then took it out my sandwich was still so cold as soon as she gave it to me not only that I asked her if she had the vinegar just grabbed the wrong one and put it on my sandwich obviously because she wasn’t even wanting to do her job so she just grabbed it I didn’t say anything because I just knew she was not in the mood which is fine but it’s not my fault I’m being friendly and polite and respectful and no need for her as a worker to just give me attitude I don’t expect super friendly fake jolly attitude but I also don’t need to be treated rude and unwelcoming because you’re in a bad mood

Came to this location inside Walmart. Only to discover flys in the vegetables. When I ask the young lady to change out the vegetables she told me NO. I will not ever return to this location, and the employees need to be trained properly.

Tried to order a meatball sandwich and the employee said you could not add any toppings to it. We would have to get it made just like in the picture this has never happened at any other location they are made the way you like.

My order was made incorrectly. I went in on November 17 at 10:30am. I ordered two sandwiches and in both the ingredients that I requested were not put on there. Has happened in multiple occasions. I would suggest if you do go there to check your online orders before leaving because they do not make the orders correctly.

I ordered a sub today picked up at 10:15 am and the bread was stale, It ruined my morning! I always give this subway a chance but they alway disappoint, all my orders have being online and they either use stale bread or they don’t follow the ordering directions, if I would have eaten there I would for sure would have made them redo my sub, they need better training!!

I always give this subway a chance but they alway disappoint, all my orders have being online and they either use stale bread or they don’t follow the ordering directions, if I would have eaten there I would for sure would have made them redo my sub, they need better training!!

I had ordered 2. 6 inch subs one a tuna with Italian bread and the boss . I asked for mayonnaise on the tuna salad instead they put the mayonnaise on the boss and it was awful it ruined the taste. Tried whipping it off but it wasn't the same.?
Probably one or the worst subways I've been to. No one is there to take your order and I end up just walking off most of the time from the wait just to be serviced. Not only that but when they do make my food they end up burning it. I don't recommend anyone come here, and I hope it improves soon considering I love going for my meal breaks.

I understand having new employees and that service would be a little slow.One worker I can see is actively chewing gum with an open mouth while making sandwiches. It doesn't seem very sanitary. Is it not standard to have your hair pulled back in food service anymore?
