I placed online order which charged me for 2 combos when I only ordered one. Went to pick up order and tried to cancel the extra combo, we were told THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW CANCEL THE ORDER". this is unacceptable communication. As an employee of any establishment you should have been trained on how to process a refund. Very displeased with my order today. I now have 2 combos and for what I am not gonna eat both of them. Highly recommend the supervisors train their their team mbrs on how to process refunds bc things do. They didn't even prepare way my order the way I had requested. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!

First, portion sizes with every sandwich have noticeably been less and less in the time I have been coming while the prices steadily increase. Also, lettuce and cucumbers looked old like they’ve been in the fridge too long. Also, the Supervisor on duty informed my wife and I that we could not utilize the military discount because I was not in uniform but I had my CAC on me, but then overheard the Supervisor explaining to her worker that UIW STUDENTS could get a discount with their student IDs. She did apologize and say that upper management were enforcing these new rules. So please explain this new policy on how that makes sense. I will not be going to any subway from here on out. Photo is of 6 inch grilled chicken portion. Barely any meat.

I like Subway as it's much healthier than the other choices to eat, and it's relatively as quick as fast food. The workers are friendly, although they could say hello to the customers as I approach the counter but usually have initiated a pleasant Interaction because they do not. I suppose it gets busier during peak hours where this would make sense but feel during non peak hour they should be more welcoming when possible.After I initiate contact, however, they have always been friendly, and the food is always fresh.

I normally get a foot long with turkey cheese and extra mayo, but today I wanted to switch it up and I got Chicken with American cheese, Buffalo sauce and ranch for the first time. Albertina was really nice and told me that it would be better to toast the chicken, and it was amazing!!!! She wanted to make sure my sandwich was amazing and it was. Everyone here is super nice also which is awesome.

Never go there and use your credit card. Because on your end, it's gonna say approve. But for some reason on their end it's declined. And then they don't print you out of copy of your receipt when you need it. Service is rude and disrespectful.
