EVERY time I order food from this location, it’s never toasted. They are also the cheapest and greediest when it comes to adding meats in. Whether it’s a sandwich with 3 or 5 meats, they literally place a small layer of each meat in the sub. All veggies. Only location that does this. We’re overpaying for subs already, the least y’all can do is make them right.

Ladies didn't acknowledge me for 15 minutes when putting together a doordash order... both were very rude and complaining, even though I was literally the only one there... one said she should have called in, which is pretty lazy. You don't like your job, then quit. No one's stopping you, so quit. Have some more respect and acknowledge your guests. Plus, the inside is disgusting and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages.

The food was perfectly great but I'm not gonna lie to y'all, it's NASTY IN THERE. The checkout desk and the walls (even the power socket) could use a clean and that floor is actually deplorable and in desperate need of being replaced. I can't tell if it's moldy or cracking, or both. The customer service was pretty alright but the overall cleanliness of the areas I mentioned made it difficult not to worry about the sanitariness of my sandwich. If they don't clean what we see, then do they clean what we don't? The areas where the food is stored? Thankfully, my sandwich did appear and taste perfectly fine but I'd not want to eat food from there again.

I LOVE SUBWAY but it makes sad to write this. Haven’t had subway in a couple months and decided it was time to eat there again especially when ordering the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch, Toasted might I add.

I ordered on the app and was instructed to be there at 7:20/25PM and so I did just that to pick up my subs. Excited I got the sub and went home to feast!

Unfortunately the sub was NOT toasted. I cannot stand cold food and (honestly I don’t really want to pay for cold food unless it sushi )and was pretty disappointed when served a cold sub when i specifically always ask for toasted.

I called to speak to manager but Mary answered first, very light hearted and very kind, and then Ricki answered who said she was the manager very cold and felt like she did not want to speak at all. Which btw is the same vibe we got when in person standing at the “express pick up”.

I told Ricki that unfortunately I already came home and that the subs were cold. What can we do to fix this?

She replied to “bring them back.” Well I can’t just bring them back I have plans unfortunately and I hate to say it but I really do have a busy schedule. She then goes on to say there is nothing she can do and that I have to return them to find some sort of resolution. This is disappointing because:

1. Feels like you’re forcing us to eat incorrectly paid orders because of the negligence caused by the individual. So because of that mistake now the customer has to suffer? “Shut up and eat your cold sub” is how it feels.

2. Not even a refund or store credit. I can’t return the subs today, tomorrow or even the next day, you want me to keep a rotting sub and provide it to your staff a two weeks later?

With no resolution from the store manager and me not being able to eat the sub and now I have to store a sandwich that will probably get mold within the next 2-3 weeks before I return it which on top of that just feels DISRESPECTFUL. I have dish out another order to another restaurant so now I lose money, I lose the sandwich and I lose storage space in my fridge to host a sandwich that I don’t even want and that I can’t even return until 2-3 weeks later.

Please tell me there is a resolution we can find together. If someone can reach out and give me a resolution then I’ll change my review.

The employee was rude, the food was super cold and my bread was not toasted. Asked for a replacement or a refund but had to take the food back in order to do so. It was late and I was home already so I would have to go out of my way for a mistake I did not make.

I came to this location and it was the perfect time of day to avoid the crowds (about 3pm). It was clean, food was ready quickly and fresh and my sandwich artist was great! Definitely recommend this location if you are on the Southside of SA and in a hurry for something fast that you can eat while driving (realtor life 😆🏡👏🏼)!

Was awesome as always..girl with the out loud hair color ..had the most awful rollback eyes when she had to make 3 foot Long sandwiches..by God , that is what u are there for .smh.othrwise very clean ..and food is always on point

I come here often. I get the same sandwich all the time. my sandwich order NEVER changes but the way they make the sandwich does all the time. One day my meat(ham & turkey) come folded which makes the sandwich look full another day it is flat which is only 2 slices of ham 2 slices of turkey which I don’t think that is how they are supposed to make it but they need have retain their employees on how to make these sandwiches the correct and proper way!!

The veggies were horrible, the little girl who assisted me was distracted holding a conversation with another employee not listening to my order constantly making me repeat myself. In the end, she charged everything individually instead of as a combo. I asked her to pls charge it as combo n she refused. I left her my food as donation to feed herself n went else where with much better service. It had been a long time since I went anywhere with such awful service.
