Staff was very nice especially the dude with black nails and glasses. I was really hungry and it was quick and easy and with a smile.

This is hard to post because I truly love Subway, but this particular location has consistently been the worst. I’ve given it multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but every visit has been disappointing.
First, the customer service is terrible—there’s no greeting, and the staff always seem upset or bothered while taking orders. Second, they often get the orders wrong and refuse to fix them.
Most recently, my sister was craving Subway, and although we didn’t want to drive far, we decided to give this location one more try. Unfortunately, we found a fly in the sandwich. I did receive a refund, but a simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way.
I understand that mistakes happen—we’re all human—but when it happens this often, something needs to change.

I ordered Online two foot-long’s one tuna with double tuna and one Subway club with half more meat both of them toasted, and I didn’t get them toasted nor double tuna nor half more meat. I called told him I cannot drive and I order through the app. I am disabled. They told me I still have to go in and take the sandwiches to trade them for the correct ones.
