Terrible service, they don't ask you what kind of cheese you want, they put the one they want. They also put fewer ingredients than in other Subways. To top it off, they serve you with bad faces and the man who charges would be good to tell him to take care of his personal toilet, at least he takes a shower...

I was disappointed today because I was unable to get my food because the card machine was not working. I tried two different cards and it didn't work. No invoice detected and none of the payment methods worked. It didn't help that I was in a rush because my Lyft arrived and I was told if I could go to an ATM. Yeah great I definitely can drive to an ATM because of a technical problem. like I don't have a car. I won't be coming back until they fix the issue, it's heartbreaking when you can't get your food and it goes to waste because of system malfunction. It didn't help either with how the stuff was being. I'm not going to go into detail with that let's just nitpicking by this point

I placed a curbside order and after 30 minutes of not receiving my food i went in to get it and the food was already ready just sitting in the back while the subway team members were just sitting down on their phones talking! Never going here ever again!!!! Whats the point in curbside if they don’t honor it!

This is the second time I have tried curbside at this location. 1st time had to wait 15 min after ready. This time walked in after 30 min and they hadn't even made the order. They need to stop offering curbside if they can't figure out how to work those orders into the rotation.

On 02/07/24 10:00pm I got to subway & it was closed it said it closed at 11:00 pm but worker said it was closed due to maintenance witch has nothing to do with making a sandwich I thought maybe because he was by himself he chose to close early never going again.
