I ordered on the subway app, and it stated my orders were ready, so having to wait inside the store an additional 20 to 30 minutes is ridiculous. There is no sense of urgency by the staff. I placed the 2 orders before I went inside HEB on 211 and potranco at 3pm. I was able to shop, check out, load my vehicle, drive there, AND still have to wait more. Did not get my orders until 4 pm or after. Makes no sense. The young lady JJ did apologize when done but too late at this point. Then get home half the orders are wrong. Will not order from this one again.

The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. Employees rarely greet customers and often come across as unfriendly, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It feels like there’s a lack of genuine customer care. The establishment would benefit from hiring and training staff who are more attentive, courteous, and committed to providing a positive dining experience.

The food was typical Subway quality—no surprises there. However, the staff experience was very disappointing. The employee working seemed visibly unhappy, rude, and uninterested in being there. It felt like we were a burden for even ordering. This kind of attitude made the atmosphere uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t choose to dine in again. Customer service really needs improvement.

Sandwiches are very delicious at the same time if you know what you want. the ingredients, and the breads of choice are the best. I always choose toasted bread.

This location continues to miss toppings and ingredients and skimps out on the meat. Service is terrible. I ordered online and showed up. No one else in store. Then a girl showed up and started taking her order and cashed her out and stopped making my order even though he knew I was there

First , I eat Subway at least 3 times a week. My company just moved in the area and in looking for a subway near me, I came across this location. The broccoli cheese had clunky shanks in it and it was cold, the Lettuce was dated and after attempting to use a Subway coupon the manager/employee said they don’t take the coupon because it is a franchise store. I thought they were all franchise stores. Bread was not fresh.. I will not be going back to this Subway located on loop 1604 and potranco in the Circle K location.
