So I’ve been coming to this subway now for about a month. At least 3 times a week. This one has impressed me the most. Especially today. The assistant manager Ismael. Sky, and a new employee were on shift. They work well together. Ismael was pumping up his employees and being very respectful to the guests. He seems like he would be an awesome manager to work for. Great attitude towards everyone. They were pretty busy when i came in and all three didn’t miss a beat helping everyone. Great team work guys! Keep it up. I appreciate all the positive vibes yall are giving out!

Store manager Vonda needs some serious retraining. One nightshift employee did a terrible job of making the sandwiches (skimped on the meat, missing toppings, wrong condiments) but that is not even the biggest issue. Store manager Vonda was an absolute nightmare. Instead of trying to right the wrong of one employee (who I realize she probably failed to train properly since clearly she has not been trained properly)she dismissed the error, hung up on me on a phone call, then when I came into the store with the poorly made sandwiches told me to contact corporate yet gave me no info on how to do so, and walked off before correcting the issue. Corporate failed to correct the issue as well when I submitted an online help ticket. She even became upset when I complimented the staff that was working at the time I brought the sandwiches back on the great job they were doing.

This Subway location was very disappointing. The tables were extremely dirty, even though we visited in the morning. We had to wait at least 5 minutes for the staff member to come out from the back, leaving us wondering if the store was even open since the “open” sign was off but the door was unlocked. Overall, this is a poorly managed location.

Horrible subway. I would give this location zero stars. I go out of my way to avoid this location even though it is the closest. This one lady who works mostly nights is terrible at her job. She throws things and is so rude. I wish I could say it was just one encounter but she was like this on multiple occasions. Food is always sloppy as well. Won’t be surprised if this location closes down. I’m hoping it does

We ordered Two 6" Elite Chicken Subs unfortunately we got more hard bread than chicken. It was a small strip of chicken half the sub was just hard bun. They have put up cover so you can't see what they're actually putting on the hard bun.
This location continues to miss toppings and ingredients and skimps out on the meat. Service is terrible. I ordered online and showed up. No one else in store. Then a girl showed up and started taking her order and cashed her out and stopped making my order even though he knew I was there

I placed an order ( Order #7A18792A-1D ) , the sandwich was ver sloppy and not as I ordered. I also asked for them to be cot in half and wrapped separately. It was done. Sandwiches was barely wrapped and sandwiches showing. I called Subway and spoke with a guy that says he was a manager. He was very unprofessional and rude. He hung up on me.

This place really sucks, It’s run by a whole bunch of teenagers that don’t care. I’ve been to this location several times and every time I’ve gone it’s always a bad experience. they got mad at me for sitting down at 8:30 o’clock, even though they close at 10, The employees are rude to the new employees and when we ask for a 12” sandwich. They gave us a 6” and said no you said you wanted a 6”. There’s plenty more I can complain about, but I’m just not gonna go back.
