Place an order online when I got to the store they told me it would be a few minutes which is fine as they started preparing my sandwich. Customer walked in left my sandwich on the counter went to wait on other customers started making the orders before finishing mine, I felt unwelcome and felt they didn’t want me there. I always visit Subway®, but this is The first time ever felt unwanted, I would never ever visit the subway again

I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to this young short African American man named which I believe was named Trevion. Wow from the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and positive attitude. He took the time to make my sandwich exactly how I like it, with attention to detail and care that you don't see every day. you could tell he takes pride in his work. What an amazing young gentlemen hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.❤️

I came in and wanted to try the honey hot pepperoni sub. I order it and all the they put in the sandwich was pepperoni and cheese. They didnt even have the honey hot sauce. The guy said they ran out the first week smh. Know that i wiuld have ordered something else. They just looked at me like they couldnt make me something else. Wanted to charge me extra for ham. They could have just made me a different. This is the first and last time im coming to this location. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

This was the worse subway I’ve ever had in my entire life the cookies tastes horrible which is a shame because subway has the best cookies and the sandwich didn’t taste as fresh

Out of all the rodeos with this location this was the worst experience with Subway we brought the food home after online ordering and found out that the $0.50 extra we paid to add pepperoni on our daughter's pizza was not on there and neither was the extra meat we paid for 50% more on the All American Club, it just had 6 slices of Turkey 6 slices of ham and 4 bacons the receipt on breaks down it should have 9 slices of turkey 9 of ham and 6 bacons so it was missing 3 of each meat plus 2 more bacons. Every cent counts for people and if you pay for something and don't get it's easier to just remake it than to issue a refund especially when this subway hardly has a manager present. Subway does not have a smooth efficient way of handling orders not done correctly they say they have this ridiculous (waste of time) policy that you have to bring back your food as in today so they can see what they did wrong or the other one I've heard in the past was you have to check your order meats and all at Subway before you leave since it was an online order and didn't see it get made or wouldn't be a problem. Does McDonald's do this nope...does taco bell do this nope...jasons deli...hell no if you got delivery Jasons deli will even deliver a 3 dollar soup they missed now talk about customer service plus give you cookies or they will refund around here it's just Subway that has this policy. It would be more efficient still a waste of time to just have you take a picture and text them if it's that strict. It's already an inconvenience for a customer to have to drive back then bring back food as proof that they will touch to check and then ask you if you want it back if not they throw away then in this case my husband to correct my daughter's food and mine. Definitely don't get a cookie for there mistake or the more waiting you have to do when arriving and we are very patient people when people make an error if they fix it no problem. Instead my husband walked in returning the food as requested and I had a feeling this was going to happen he got accused by one employee only that he took off the pepperonis off the pizza when it came as just cheese pizza and told him that he remembers putting on the pepperoni because it was the only pizza made today period claiming that the cameras have him putting pepperoni on pizza yet my sandwich, they agreed didn't have 50% more meat had no problem re-making it, which makes it likely another item will be missing something. However, when my husband asked to see the camera employee could not provide since manager was not there and was told by other employees that they don't have the pin to access therefore, he was being deceptive because you can't say camera caught it on camera if you can't access it to prove it. So he never got to see it, but asked for manager's name and that employee apologized. We are not going to go back for $0.50 pepperoni or the extra meat we paid for if we were lying not worth the time. He said people just take off the pepperoni's then take it back to claim they didn't put them on I find that highly unlikely. We don't get an incentive of keeping the food or getting a cookie with Subway for going back lol so what would be the point of lying? Just make things right it's not that big of a deal we all make errors it's what you do to fix them that people will remember you or a business for. Not worth the hassle of having other customers see a scene that was unnecessary had they just remedied it without being argumentative. There's a lot of people that aren't truthful and I'm not saying the customer is always right even though you will get more business at times with the motto that the customer is right, but save the hassle for maybe something like $30 or more.
