Guys i came to subway at 803 Castroville Rd Suite #119, San Antonio, TX 78237 at las Palmas shopping center suit 713 and they refused to give me my sandwich that I ordered so if you are in the area and want subway I don’t recommend this location and the food wasn’t even fresh and cooked properly and some of their employees are rude and disrespectful and mean and over charged me and didn’t even apply the military discount after showing it

Good evening guys I am finally happy to say that this Subway is the most Cleanest and Reasonable I have nothing but good things to say about this sub location, and I have nothing but good things to say about all of there employees and that they are always nice and friendly and helpful and welcoming I recommend coming to this Subway

Big open sign and doors say they open at 8. 8:30 and the employee just sits there with the doors locked. Had to go somewhere else with the time I had before work.

I went to lunch with co workers the service was bad they didn’t have fresh lettuce which we ask for but the ladies didn’t want to get any they said we don’t have fresh lettuce and the fountain drinks all the sodas were flat and they had no ice at all when we mentioned the sodas was flat they manger was upset their employees didn’t bother to put fresh sodas at all they need to be better service and not be rude to the customers at all

I ordered for delivery. One of my sandwiches was supposed to be a footlong and they gave me a 6”. Both sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and they weren’t. My bread was soggy and the wrapping was torn when I got my delivery order.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. I placed an order online at 8:56 PM, showed up at 9:07 PM, and they told me they were closed—even though their posted hours say they close at 9:30 PM. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours or don’t accept online orders last minute. Total waste of my time.

On top of that, the store was a mess. There were little kids running behind the counter, touching the bread with their hands, and nobody seemed to care. I even saw baby bottles on the floor—completely unsanitary. This location has zero cleanliness and even less professionalism.

I won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend others avoid this place unless they want to deal with chaos and unreliable service.
