Young kid there, I believe Christopher DS took a picture of him, is one of the nicest kids Ive met. Despite the place being packed and busy he was kind to everyone in line. He even helped a lady pay for a meal who was short on cash with his own money! What a nice young man. I hope he gets paid more. Oh and I got a chicken bacon ranch on flatbread. Delicious. :D

I went to Subway and asked what kind of meat they had, and the guy with curly ginger hair was extremely rude. Instead of answering, he just said, “It’s all on the menu,” in a very dismissive tone. Then when I told him I wanted spinach on my sandwich, he snapped “Okay!” like I was bothering him. They acted like I should know the entire menu by heart and made no effort to explain anything. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Come at your own risk!

The employee working today was polite and friendly, but he seemed to lack urgency. It looked like he was the only one on shift, which slowed things down. Having more than one person working would definitely improve the experience.

The store itself was clean and well-kept, but the veggies looked old and not very fresh, which was disappointing. This location also really needs to participate in Subway’s app and online promotions to stay competitive and attract more customers.

Overall, this store has a lot of potential, but it could improve with fresher ingredients, more staff support, and better participation in Subway promotions.

Guy with the ginger curly hair was incredibly rude and appears to not have any training in simply talking to customers, will rush and make you feel embarrassed because he can’t listen.

Subway is connected to a gas station. The veggies were old and the sub was cold even though it was toasted

It is currently 9:10 p.m. monday, May 12th 2025
It's not a holiday that I know of. Nothing is on fire around us no emergencies or anything. The sign on the door says that you close at 9:30, yet the guy inside is cleaning the counter and won't let us in.
My wife and I have been working all day and we are very hungry.
Make it make sense.

Lol, and these are the people demanding a $15 per hour minimum wage...

The owner needs to get to work or sell the business. Seems like no one is in charge of this business. No serve- safe manager, the meat sits out for hours. Then the employees with gloves on, go to the till, tender money- then makes the next sandwich with the same gloves.

They gave me part of my order and were out of one of the items. Didn't mention it to us. I was not refunded for the 2 brownies (like $11) I didn't get and can't seem to find any phone number for online ordering I can call to get my money back which is what the store told us we needed to do. You should not have to hunt down a refund for an item you were not given. Ridiculous.

Don’t order online because you will still be waiting in line for your food. I ordered online and had it for pick up at 6:40, we arrived at 6:50 and had to tell her my order all over again and she slowly started making our food, barely. She did not seem too happy to be there and there were like 6 people in line. It was her and one other person and they were both moving in slow motion like they wanted us to walk out. I won’t be going here again.

Many times, they are out of key ingredients and the veggies are brown or mushy. Last time I went, the employee was about to spread the brown smashed avocado that they were scraping from the container on my sandwich before I stopped them and asked if there was any fresh avocado. “No.” I asked for the “ghost pepper” bread and they went through several loaves looking carefully at them and pinching them before they threw one away. Several times, I’ve waited in line for ten-plus minutes before being told they were out of pizzas. I once asked for a nacho crunch sandwich and said just make it with what comes with it how it’s listed on the sign. Employee asked me about every ingredient: ex: “what kind of cheese?” “The kind it says it comes with” and they were out of the crunchy bits that go with it. Luckily, there are more options in the area now.

Vegetarian options: Doesn’t have veggie patties

The kid working alone told me to come back later cause be was busy with a couple of phone orders!!!! Lol!!! I got no food. Plus, the sandwiches advertised are not the same size as the actual tiny sandwiches. Seems like they're now in the Tiny sandwich competition with Arby's!!!! Sticking with Jersey Mike's!!!!!
