I ordered on the app on my way home from work this evening. The bread on my sandwich was stale and chewy. There was zero meat on the ends of the sandwich, I ordered lettuce, tomato, onions, extra pickles and mayo, the sandwich was awful, barely any toppings at all, I couldn't even taste them! I do not recommend this location! Go to any other subway besides this one!

I had no problems placing the order nor picking it up. They didn’t have the special cups that was ordered so they compensated it for Two cookies. No big deal. Yes, she comes home to eat my sandwich. Mistakes happen as we are humans. The problem comes Is when someone cannot admit to their mistakes.
I called them to notify them that the sandwich that I had ordered was incorrect and did not have the meat on it like it was supposed to. They asked for us to bring it up so we did. Then they tell us we brought the wrong sandwich up there… you sandwich was not made with the toppings that the sandwich in question had.

So if you like to be blamed and told that they did nothing wrong and then by all means, go to that subway all day long. After bringing both subs up there, they still refused to admit that they were wrong and had the sandwiches mixed up or made it incorrectly. The second sandwich in question was not The Beast either, like they claim.

I just had one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve ever encountered. I ordered four sandwiches and only received three. Literally every order was prepared incorrectly missing multiple ingredients. While I should have double-checked, I was caught off guard when I was told I needed to gather all of the additional items I ordered myself because the staff was too short-handed to handle it. I had to ask where the drink cups were, where the applesauce was, where the chips were, and even where the kids’ chocolate milks were, only to be met with a frustrated, frantic response from the staff

Honestly worst experience ever at this location . The cashier was either obviously on something and the two others barely had any communication to speed up orders . Not to mention the cashier added two random fountain drinks and a bag of chips and when told we didn’t order the two drinks and chips only deleted the chips and acted all confused and seemed to be on something

Staff was very rude. Poor new guy had ZERO help on the floor. Other two employees made excuses as to why our food (ordered online) was not ready, saying they had a new guy. Just about everything was out of stock.
