Horrible service from person preparing my order. He was litterly aggressively throwing the food onto the bread as he's making the sandwiches. He certainly was very disrespectful and unethical. He obviously was not having a good day and it showed. I was deeply appalled to the point that I did not feel comfortable eating anymore.

I'm not sure why, but all the employees look pissed off and in bad moods. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. The girl at the counter was just like whatever and just through my sandwiches together and didn't take any pride in being a sandwich artist. If you're that miserable at your job, perhaps you need to rethink what you want to do and get another.... sorry to have inconvenienced you!

Employees were in a rush and didn't have time for a smile or question. Sandwich was subpar. I asked her what was in the dressing and she said "i don't know, maybe parmesan or something like that" I asked for it before walking away back to the car while my husband took care of the bill. We were taking them home to have for dinner. So I jazzed it up at home, which defeats the whole purpose or take out so you shouldn't have to do anything but get home, relax and enjoy a good meal. Especially on this day after having 2 appointments and dealing with my disabilities.

Let's start off with the attitudes of these employees!! 4 people behind a counter and not one asked if I could help you. Thr guy with long Hair, and beard looked at me like a was bothering him and stared at me but finally had to say "Can I help you"! I told him my order using please and thank you and not one time acting like he wanted to be there. If you don't like your fricken job get your ass out. When he assumed I wanted a sandwich toasted I told him not toasted in that one, but if he would have asked me and not look like a caveman he would have known that. Finally got my order which was thrown together by the way as him and another girl made comments under their breath. We finished the order only asked drink I said no. He charged me, I paid..no tip either..and walked out. I have been in customer service for over 30 yrs and its fake it till you make it, but this bunch was on another level. I would love to speak to a manager but I would be talking to a wall as those people barley spoke but had a go eat face on. NEVER AGAIN GONG HERE!!

I usually have a great experience except for tonight. Kevin was extremely rude. Like quit your job bro. You could tell he didnt wanna be there. Took him like 10 minutes to make a 6 in tuna, a pizza and a salad. Slumped over the whole time, dragging his feet. Slowest experience ive ever had!! Throwing ingredients with the longest face. Maybe Must have been doing a double? Like Let your employees rest then! Smh
