Subway Restaurant Inside Walmart

I asked for the bread to be toasted and it didn't come out toasted. I asked if she could put it back in and she refused. While I was checking out she asked me to leave a tip and said not and she continued by taking deep breaths as if she was mad I didn't do so. She did this with every one in line as well.

I usually dont give bad reviews, but the girl at the counter had a bad attitude. I understand. You're tired. You want to go home, but don't take it out on people doing the same. There's no need for that. Rude and my sandwich was not what I ordered I just said fine because I felt like I was bothering her for even ordering....I wasn't rude back said my pleases and thank you, I appreciate it...yet she continued to just put whatever on the sandwiches barely asking what else would you like on it or anything.I don't think I'll be coming back to this subway rather just get stuff to make my sandwich at home. Thank you.

I recently visited the Subway location and had a mixed experience. While the male staff member displayed exceptional professionalism and attentiveness, the female staff member seemed unhappy and unengaged. Despite my repeated requests for customization options for my sandwich, she appeared annoyed. The food was average.
I was impressed with the gentleman's customer service skills, and he even apologized for his colleague's lack of attention. However, the younger lady may benefit from additional training to improve her customer service skills.

Not sure what the owners thinking with the people he’s hiring here, stood in line for nearly 15mins, and finally had to leave. It wasn’t busy, there were two employees behind the counter and only three people in front of me. Went from being a good store, to one of the slowest.

The cashier seemed cold. After I paid she kinda thru the napkins.
The napkins splatter on the counter. When i get my napkins, i like them folded and neat. They opened up , that's how careless and cold she was. Like if i bothered her. I also asked for the price between combo or individual price. She act as if she didn't hear me. She just charged me for a combo. Im on a budget. The subs i order are packed this sub was thin . I was not satisfied. I'm still here eating. A cashier from Walmart came and they were talking cool. I don't like anyone talking on the food i order!!! Very unprofessional. I forgot to add photo. See how skinny my sandwich was? Nothing but bread. I think she got bothered cuz I was ordering lunch and it was still breakfast. I don't know. Never again

My wife and I haven’t been to Subway in months. Tonight was the night that we wanted to eat something different so we went into the Walmart to get some subways. The employees are very rude. They don’t listen to detail. They don’t even listen to instructions. Gave us old bread. The Spanish didn’t even look fresh at all as the other vegetables. The owner were general manager needs to address. This sub was supposed to be made fresh not with Dale bread and we old vegetables I will be going back in five days from today to see if anything has been updated and see how friendly the atmosphere is.

This place is nasty it has flys all over the place, I literally saw 4 flys just in the cookie box and I told the crew and they said oh yeah we know theirs flys In there it’s ok, do ya want cookies like we did but not no more and the customer that was behind us he was telling the other member how to make his sandwich she turned real quick and flys landed on his sandwich he told her hey flys just landed on my sandwich and the worker goes soo he said well I want it redone she got all mad.. like umm no when flys land on food they throw up look it up im being serious this place has so many flys and the crew are fine with it. Ya need to fix this place

Don’t come to this locationVery bad customer service. ? never come back to this subway. Also I ask for cup of ice…(I buy bottle drink). He. want to charge me lolI ask why?? He say… for the cup, the ice is free ?

The bread was really hard and u didn't even get it toasted I order here all the time seems like it is last weeks bread ? Owner i am saying the truth the bread was very hard it didn't seem like it was fresh bread i have never gotten hard bread only when it gets

Hank was very respectful, hardworking and attentive. Keep up the great work! Sierra, on the other hand seemed as though taking our order was a nuisance. She had an attitude, not only with us but the customers ordering after us, we weren’t the only ones to notice her rude behavior. We’ve never had an issue with this in the past, it’s unfortunate.

Went to get myself a sandwich. Pretty good service & fast. The girl who made my sandwich was very respectful. Her name tag said Cierra. 5 stars !
