Lady had us waiting 5 minutes and still ignored us, it was more important for her to start on her online orders.

All that said, her 3 kids were just wondering around the restaurant, one of them came from the back area.

Very unprofessional.

The store hours posted on the window needs to be corrected at the Wetmore location. Young Hispanic lady was hostile and seems to care less about how to treat different races of people. @ June 10, 2025 AM shift at opening of first shift. I won’t be returning.

Stood inside empty store except for one person sitting and eating.... for about 10 minutes, waited for service. As a was leaving the person who was sitting got up and went to the back. ? I guess I was interrupting their lunch break, I'm not sure what was going on if that location.

Subway is always OK, but today we ate at this Wetmore location and had a true sandwich artist. Logan made a piece of sandwich art AND it was probably the best Subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The proportions were perfect and every bit delicious. Can tell Logan cares about what he does. Thanks Logan!

Came here few days ago with my wife
This location is really kept up and clean. The older guy working here was really professional and got our order out with little time. I think he was working alone or something. But he did a good job. Will be coming back. This location is better than Thousand Oaks/ John Malsberger location.

This store has a lot of major issues they never have enough help the place is always dirty and then today was the straw that broke the camel's back ordered food went to go pay only had $100 bill they tell me they don't take a hundred they want me to go down to circle k and get change and come back that is not my job there is no signs anywhere in the building on the outside of the building or on the register stating that they do not take any bills over a certain amount I will never go back to the subway again worst subway ever

Currently under construction (parking lot) but is OPEN!Restaurant is close to my house for a quick bite. Love how this location is clean and always has cookies in stocked. Staff is friendly and seem to keep busy by cleaning the store when it’s slow.Purchased the jumbo subway cookie and Auntie Anne’s pretzel for the first time and they were both delicious. Only wished they carried the orange dipping cheese sauce Auntie Anne’s is known for but overall tasty.

Do yourself a favor and go in and watch your sandwich made. I made the mistake of ordering through the app. Asked it be toasted. Everything is cold. Clicked no sauce, she put sweet onion all over this thing. Ordered extra meat. I can see the two regular scoops. So EVERYTHING i asked for was not done. Young mexican girl. Didnt get her name. 03/22 11:45. Can we get some basic training at this location PLEASE.

The young man Noah was so helpful and kind, he made my steak and cheese and made great conversation with me. It’s been the best service I’ve had at a subway in years! This young man made my day.

If you order online and don’t leave a tip, they give you stale bread! And God knows what else. I have ordered twice from the app. Both times I have had very stale bread. I have deleted the app. Everyone was asking for better than minimum wage. Now that everybody has it, they are now asking for tips for something that tips would not have been given years ago. This has gone too far!
