Came here few days ago with my wife This location is really kept up and clean. The older guy working here was really professional and got our order out with little time. I think he was working alone or something. But he did a good job. Will be coming back. This location is better than Thousand Oaks/ John Malsberger location.

This store has a lot of major issues they never have enough help the place is always dirty and then today was the straw that broke the camel's back ordered food went to go pay only had $100 bill they tell me they don't take a hundred they want me to go down to circle k and get change and come back that is not my job there is no signs anywhere in the building on the outside of the building or on the register stating that they do not take any bills over a certain amount I will never go back to the subway again worst subway ever

Currently under construction (parking lot) but is OPEN!Restaurant is close to my house for a quick bite. Love how this location is clean and always has cookies in stocked. Staff is friendly and seem to keep busy by cleaning the store when it’s slow.Purchased the jumbo subway cookie and Auntie Anne’s pretzel for the first time and they were both delicious. Only wished they carried the orange dipping cheese sauce Auntie Anne’s is known for but overall tasty.

Do yourself a favor and go in and watch your sandwich made. I made the mistake of ordering through the app. Asked it be toasted. Everything is cold. Clicked no sauce, she put sweet onion all over this thing. Ordered extra meat. I can see the two regular scoops. So EVERYTHING i asked for was not done. Young mexican girl. Didnt get her name. 03/22 11:45. Can we get some basic training at this location PLEASE.

The young man Noah was so helpful and kind, he made my steak and cheese and made great conversation with me. It’s been the best service I’ve had at a subway in years! This young man made my day.

If you order online and don’t leave a tip, they give you stale bread! And God knows what else. I have ordered twice from the app. Both times I have had very stale bread. I have deleted the app. Everyone was asking for better than minimum wage. Now that everybody has it, they are now asking for tips for something that tips would not have been given years ago. This has gone too far!

Walked in and store was very messy with only one table available to sit. Other tables had something technical they were installing spread over tables and floor. Store was overall filthy dirty. Most veggies were frozen. The ladies bathroom was filthy but according to my supervisor, it looked clean compared to the men’s. I will include pictures of the ladies bathroom. The bathrooms were brought to employees attention but nothing was done about it. They just continued to stand around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
Whoever the owner is of this place is needs to come and work here like a regular employee so they can really see what needs to be improved. Employees seem like they don't even want to be here! Customer service is terrible and place is dirty. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days or weeks! Clean this place up or do everyone a favor and close your doors!!

July 19 myself and grandson went into Subway on Wetmore. We both ordered a foot long black forest ham sandwiches.The manager proceeded to yell at a male employee twice in front of myself and the other customers dining in. I tried to intervene, but she ignored me probably because she was so consumed in yelling. After the employee went to the back I got her attention and suggested that it's not good to yell at employees in front of customers. She said the food behind the glass needs to be fresh. All was fresh and looked good. She was yelling at the employee about the sandwich toaster. The employee looked scared and embarrassed. Again, I reminded her that treating her employees like that is wrong. She went in the back area and continued to yell at him. This was very uncomfortable for me also. A second employee finished making my sandwich. I had asked for the sweet onion dressing to be placed in a small cup. I paid for the two meals and left. Upon getting home I saw that the dressing was not included with my meal.Message to the manager: Your actions that day did not correctly represent the good name of Subway. Your employees are NOT your children. You and your employees working together accordingly makes for a successful business.Could your attitude towards the employees be the reason for the low 3.6 rating.
