I had an excellent experience at this Subway thanks to Cleveland. He is always so friendly, attentive, and makes our sandwiches with great care. We honestly keep coming back because he’s the Subway man.His positive attitude and professionalism truly stand out every single time. Cleveland is the reason this location is our favorite . Highly recommended!

This is the best best best Subway in the Hill Country. You can smell the bread walking into Walmart. Its intoxicating. Shout out to my guy whippin’ up the best sandies in the Hill Country.🔥🥪 This should be the standard for all the Subways in San Antonio.

The location within Walmart is probably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. It’s always understaffed, the bread is hard, the portions are not up to corporate standards. I’m not sure why we keep going back thinking there’s going to be changes. It’s better to go into the store to watch the staff prepare sandwiches because if you order through the app half the order will sit on the back counter for 30 minutes before you get to the front of the line only to find that one of the sandwiches has been on the prep table with the meat and cheese the entire time.

This branch gets really busy during lunchtime. I submitted my order online 1 hour before and wasn’t ready. The lady was super apologetic and nice. I only get 30 min lunch break and it’s hard to enjoy it the food because we have to eat fast.
Please have more people about lunch time or don’t accept online orders.

This is only happening in Subway!!! I had chicken sandwich online order and once i went to pick up my food co worker said she couldn’t make my order because they have no chicken, no Italian herb bread, no ranch sauce!! And she said store phone also not working to call me and notify me about the issue!!I was like wow ok can you substitute chicken with something else? She said no i can not make your sandwich and once i asked for refund she said i have to call customer service and get assistance, It only happens in this location that they take your money and don’t give you your food!!!

I placed an online order bc I’ve got to get back to work and yet I still had to wait in line for over 30 mins!
Also my bread was wrong, which I can live with.
But tell me why my sub was cut in half with a knife that had MUSTARD on it!

I like Subway because I can choose exactly what I want on my sandwich, and it is always tasty. This Subway is located inside Walmart and convenient for me.

You WILL get RIPPED OFF if you order food to be delivered by this location. You may get you sandwiches but forget about getting chips cookies or drinks. Ill never spend another cent on food from this horrible location again!

Horrible experience!!! A fly was landing on the food. Previous customer asked to have sandwich remade because a fly was on his sandwich for a minute or two while employee was off messing with bread oven. Why can't we see the meat/cheese selection anymore. Upset digestive system after eating here. Never again. Zero stars of i could.

Staffs nice, still haven’t fixed their credit card system after a whole month. I don’t know how hard it is to replace a broken machine, but it’s a subway in a Walmart so you get what you paid for I guess.
